In this book, do you think Batman is going for the driver, or the gunman ? It looks like the driver to me, which would mean that Robin is gonna get a bullet in the head. But with the speed of the car moving forward, the great detective has probably calculated that his trajectory will land him right on top of the back seat guy..... therefore saving Robins life Sweet book BTW !!
