Has a Centaur looking cover on this one.Congrats on them!

Frank Thomas did most or all of these Owl covers and some great Centaur covers at about the same time (like KDF #20).

Some great covers in that Owl run. Congrats on completing them Strawman.

Tremendous run. Frank Thomas is a greatly underappreciated artist, imo,

When I was just getting into comics as a kid, I remember reading an article on the Owl run. I can't remember exactly where, maybe in an issue of Alter Ego.

Great stuff!

So a year or more ago I posted an image of a double-cover Adventure 42 that I found and asked opinions as to what I should do with it (restoration-wise) as there was some inset damage on the edge of the binding-side of the comic. Well, I left it alone and sent it into CGC exactly the way I found it. I was very pleasantly surprised when it came back--CGC 6.0 blue label--double cover, outer cover 2.5, inner cover 6.0, overall grade 6.0. WOW! I love the book, but would love to leverage it against a low grade Detective 36 or 37...dream on, right!

Anyway, here are some updated pics:
