BB-Gun
I picked up an extra copy of Blue Beetle 12 but only one has a back cover.
BB-Gun
Both copies have a centerfold and the Black Fury story. He looks a little like the Black Terror. Which came first? Black Fury was a year late, June 1942 vs May 1941. Oops. Edited March 21, 2014 by BB-Gun

BB-Gun
I picked up some Roy Rogers comics recently. Many are incomplete but I do enjoy the Four Color covers. and does anyone remember Roy's other dog? I am pretty sure the darker dog was bullet but was the other named snowball? I like that train cover too. Edited March 23, 2014 by BB-Gun
BB-Gun
It might be interesting to pulp fans that the artist for Roy was Harry Parkhurst. Harry was well-known for his illustrations in mystery pulps like the Black Bat. By the way, the white german shepard line is also a holocaust survivor. They were outlawed by Hitler during the NAZI takeover. The solid white coat was considered a mutation (not a pure-blood).
