Arrived today and cracked it right out of the slab it was in.

Low grade, cool cover, and a Larson. What's not to love?

Love that cover. I was thinking about bidding on it and I'm glad that I passed.

I bid on another copy of that one but didn't get close to winning. It would fit right in with my other Shadow Comics. The beginning and the end of the run were the best, I think. hm

:applause: Congrats on the Larson pick-up, Bill. Awesome! :headbang:

The painted cover is by George Rozen, repurposed from the June 1st 1936 Shadow Magazine.

Banner aside, the pulp had even more cleaverage showing (courtesy of Google Images)... :insane:

beautiful shadow, pons. some really unappreciated covers in that title. i love the several i have.

Thanks Billy. I'm quite pleased with it. My mom had two favorite characters from her youth, The Shadow and Lash Larue.

So I know she will appreciate this one too :)
