What I'm saying is just that at some point - if what you paid for doesn't show up & inquiries about said order are left unanswered & numerous negative threads about the company you ordered from start to show up - it becomes your own responsibility to take charge & make sure that you get what's owed. Most banks allow credit card chargebacks up to 2 months after the charge has been placed - I would personally never allow it to get even that far. (thumbs u Well, put and I think ONE of the problems, was because people did trust him, they used Paypal funds, or just accepted his excuses, until it was too late. If they lost because of those reasons, it was because they were being kind. I know for myself, when I had ordered a large amount of Mylars, Comic Supply took the payments more than 2 months before they were to be delivered, I had no reason not to trust him at that point, and I DID get the product, eventually, but if I hadn't, I would have been out of luck, as it was past 90 days before I would have thought to file. While people should be reading things, protecting themselves, there have been a steady stream of people standing up for him (or sounding like they were standing up for him), so it was hard for new people, or trusting people, to decide who to believe...and personally I had NO idea, he had a name change, till way after I bought from him...so, I couldn't do a decent search for problems. Had I seen the thread with Nik, I would have just not gotten involved, but that was under a different name. I don't consider myself someone who won't take care of my own problems. Hotflips Seriously, Jeff and Charles work so hard at customer satisfaction it makes me wonder why any board members go anywhere else.
