PGM Amazing Spider-Man 129

Let me know what you think about this Amazing Spider-Man 129 issue. There are no creases or tears on either cover nor anywhere in the book. There is light soiling along the spine and light soiling on the back cover and the top and bottom of the spine are blunted. There is also a date stamp on the top of the 1st page. Other than that I can find no flaws.

Hmm... on a quick ball park- I'd say between a 5.0 (VG/FN) and a 5.5 (FN-). How much were you able to pick it up for if you don't mind my asking?

I paid $33.00 for it at an auction in Wisconsin in 2004. I actually have 2 other copies of ASM 129. A FN/VF which I'm also going to post in here for your grading viewpoints and a CGC 6.0 copy.

Thanks for the input guys. I personally graded it a VG/FN (5.0) so I think I'll stick with that. Looks like you guys pretty much agree for the most part.
