Golden age horror, sci-fi and crime with classic covers.

 

Golden age superhero comics with Fine, Schomburg or Hitler covers.

 

Pre-1965 silver age Marvels.

 

Books with Adams cover art.

 

GI Combat greytones.

 

Mags with Frazetta cover art.

 

Hard to find Warren material.

I'm sort of all over the place.....

 

DC and GA Romance

Marvel oddball titles (millie, chili, petey, night nurse, etc)

300 or so specific marvel BA books I hoard for various reasons

All Supergirl covers

Adams GL

I-ching Wonder Woman

Any nice 10-20 cent Actions, Adventures, Lois Lanes, Superboy's, Aquaman

 

Or whatever odd impulse purchases I make.

In Golden Age, I have 3 main focuses:

 

Nedor Schomburg war covers. I have about a third of them at this point. Can't get enough of this stuff.

I have driven by many, many times. I am sure I know you. Mid Ohio doesn't have that many guys that actually buy comics, so most of you guys are pretty easy to spot.

 

although I love the new location for Mid-Ohio, it did seem that attendance was down from the year before,.. but maybe that helps us collectors who do attend, I don't know, I enjoy that show and look forward to it, I hope it doesn't go away.
