I emailed the guy letting him know (in a friendly way) that this was nowhere near the actual value looking at both the 2007 OSPG and Comicbookpriceguide.com. Read my posts here-- I'm a nice guy This is the response I received:

I remember my old LCS had about 20 of these sitting in his quarter bins for years in the 90s. they were all in perfectly nice shape. I'm pretty sure I bought one, but I remember seeing them there month after month and thinking "he's gonnah die one day and these will probably be worth something" and not pulling the trigger on the other 19.
