Filling out hard-copies (paper) at the PO = .45/.55c each

 

D/C price if you have a computer & printer (online service at usps.com) = A BIG fat ZERO!

 

Value of getting a printer if you (the seller) don't already have one = priceless!

 

And I can't take credit for this info. I believe it was speedjunkies who brought this to the forum's attention a while back.

By mailing "toxic" material intentionally through the mails, you've committed a federal crime. Wait till the run some tests on your dookie (blood/fecal/DNA?) and trace it back/prove beyond a doubt it's yours...

In a related story - A large package I sent to Belgium appeared lost after almost 2 months with no delivery. Thankfully the buyer new the risks without insurance and didn't give me a bad time (though I still felt horrible).

 

Luckily the package was delivered shortly thereafter much to everyone's relief!

 

Ebay is a major pain sometimes...hope this works out for you!

Stupid question time: Did he contact his post office? I've had this happen twice were the package was sitting at the post office and NOT lost.
