Well I hope for their sake that that wasn't an official statement, as it is definitely, provably false! There is no question that it contains a multitude of ingredients that could be (and are) harmful to human health. Any reputable scientist in the field will tell you that, as will the FDA etc. Don't get me wrong, I consume Coke Zero and various super-caffeinated artificially sweetened energy drinks almost constantly, but I do so in the full knowledge that they're kinda bad for me

I just wanted to drop in and say that I read the first trade of Invincible last night and it was pretty good All the talk I see on these boards (e.g. this thread) convinced me to try it. I like the way the characters talk about the conventions of their genre. For example, Mark asking for a more 'iconic' costume, or his dad saying they were about due for a 'team up'. The girl's cute. Is this going to be a will they / won't they for a long time to come? I wonder if we're going to hear his mother's story at some point?
