3.0 on this .. don’t get too bummed out on this. It will help you on your future purchases. Not really losing anything (investment wise) and you’re gaining knowledge and experience.

I was thinking that same thing. Handle these very carefully! sounds like you have some nice books and you don’t want to devalue anything by accident. I’m gonna say 7.0 to 7.5. I only see that small tear as an issue

Very nice looking book especially for its age. Nice colors and presents well. Has a few issues with the tape and the tears, few small pieces out.. because of the book I’m gonna say 3.0 to 3.5

I saw some dirt , waviness and what looked like a tear on the spine that wasn’t ..guess just being overly critical.

Nice colors for sure. 5.5. 6.0 with a press that crease at the bottom corner prob hold things from going higher

I guess I’m gonna duck your question here a little and say this. My guess is you’re not happy with the current grade. It doesn’t look like it’s been pressed to me so “whatever” the grade is it stands a chance of being improved because I see some things that could be improved upon.. you could read the graders notes to see where you stand. There is always the chance the book could get damaged somewhere in the process or not get improved as far as the grade goes. . Furthermore not being pressed is a good selling point because someone always thinks they will crack it and score big. Anyway just some thoughts.

Stains like many other defects are a subjective part. Where they are, how big, how noticeable, how much other damage is caused... regardless they are a determining factor. It looks like the bottom has some water damage that goes front to back .. with the other stuff 4.0 may be the most you can hope for here

Cover is barely hanging on.. it is what it is 3.0 to 3.5

I agree with both of these posts it’s right in there .. depends how much they are able to fix those issues. Remains to be seen. 6.0 to 6.5..Chance at 7.0

Looks like a little bit of a dust/sun shadow along the edge .. not marvel chipping. Paper may be brittle and flaked off. I don’t think it falls that far. Still an attractive copy. 4.5 dare I say 5.0?

6.5 here too.. a lesser cool book might only get a 6.0 if you know what I mean.

I’d say 6.5. There is some gunk that spilled on the cover may be able to get that off with a clean
