  1. Where would we find order updates? Like scheduled for grading, encapsulation, etc. The game orders don't show in the regular comic submission tracking, or at least not yet. Thanks
  2. That first one looks familiar for some reason...
  3. Picked up a few at the local store today. Forgot I already had a Final Fantasy 7 remake, guess I have another.
  4. I think it's a matter of perspective for video game memories. (either that or I have too many memories) Late 70's early 80''s we had Pong to start, then Lunar Lander and Asteroids. I spent a fortune in quarters those years, some games are just better in the arcade than a console, for example: Missile Command, if you ever played it at the arcade with the track ball, same for Centipede, Tempest was cool with the spinner dial, just not the same on console. I probably spent enough on Defender to buy my own arcade machine. Early 90's we had the SEGA and SNES, Sonic, Earthworm Jim, Shining Force, Zelda and Metroid were great. (missing others I am sure) Later the PS1 came along with a lot of good games, Resident Evil, FF 7, Castlevania to name a few. After the PS1 I got into computer games for a number of years starting with Doom, and Diablo, then MMO's like Dark Age of Camelot, City of Heroes, Everquest, and of course World of Warcraft. Keeping up with computer specs became more and more difficult so I started looking at consoles again. I got back into consoles around 2010, didn't get the first Xbox, I started with the 360 and PS3. Fable, Mass Effect, Halo, Fallout, Red Dead, Last of Us, Portal, Assassin's Creed, all good. The Xbox One and PS4 had some good ones, although not at first. Witcher 3, GTA, Horizon, Destiny, and Red Dead 2 which is still probably my favorite of that generation. I am sure I missed plenty of systems and games in this list, just too many. (N64 and Switch come to mind) I did like the Zelda's on the N64 and the new ones look pretty good. So far the latest Generation has been a bit lacking in AAA titles, but that will change eventually.
  5. I have an odd game, just not sure what to make of it. The holo seal and white strip are intact, however it does not have a y-fold seal. (maybe 3rd party seal? or store reseal?) Most of these are either long box, or marked not for resale, I haven't seen the 1-2 player version very often so I'm not sure. Should it be a CIB? or is this a common seal for this version? if CIB do I remove the wrapper and leave the holo & strip before sending it in? Thanks
  6. Most of my opened games, have sold a few of them, played all of them. (missed a short box or two, but you get the idea) Only have a few systems at this point, sold my Genesis a while back, currently I have 2 PS1's (one with a chip/one without), PS2 (sliver), SNES (smaller console), Xbox S and older X (confusing names as always) Sold my PS3 & PS4, probably pick up a 5 eventually.
  7. Looks better, even with the dig marks. Some stickers are okay, but that was not one of them, plus the picking was evident either way. It wasn't a factory or retailer sticker like the one below.
  8. Resident Evil, I can still remember playing the first one on my PS1. Going into the mansion, everything was quiet, walked down a hallway and dogs jumped through a side widow. Pretty sure that is one of the few times I was startled by a game, lucky I had a long cord on my controller, would have probably jerked the console out of the entertainment center otherwise. The Bio Hazard is pretty good, that woman with the bees coming out of her lower regions...that was spooky and disgusting at the same time. Really liked Shadow of Mordor played it to the end, I never got very far in the second one, it seemed lacking to me.
  9. Yeah, if it's close to a vent hole then maybe not. VGA used to clean too, had them remove a sticker from a SNES game ages ago. Think they stopped doing that too. SNES games are the worst to ship, kinda big and easily smashed. Not easy to pack them safely, you're lucky to get more than a few in a box by the time you have enough bubble wrap to feel safe. Think rectangular eggs... I always sent SNES in first, even when I had them in a clear plastic case, they made me worry. Fine once graded, then you have some thicker plastic between the game and the environment. Disc games are much easier to ship (IMO).
  10. You should be able to remove the sticker residue with some goo gone, just use a q-tip and go slow. (sold at Walmart, etc) You only need 1 bottle, mine has lasted me years. It will look better if you can, just don't pick at it too much (looks like someone tried), it should just about fall off if you let it soak a little. (stay inside the line with the q-tip) If it wasn't on the front, I wouldn't worry about it, but it detracts on the front. That's just me, do or don't whatever works for you. Some stickers are not worth trying because they have already distorted the wrapper, so I don't bother with those.
  11. I will be finding out soon, have a box packed and ready to ship. Probably have some more before too long, hopefully before the prices go up.(you know they will) The CGC holders look fine, not a fan of WATA holders, they don't stack, and don't fit in my spare comic boxes very well, plus they are fugly. I have ONE WATA game, bought it by accident, don't ask... I haven't had anything graded in a couple years due mostly to the pandemic and prices. .
  12. I have a number of SNES, & PS1 but most are already graded. However, I am sending half a dozen PS1 games that have not been graded along a SEGA Road Rash that looks pretty nice. I do have plenty of PS2, PS3, Wii, & XBox games I will be sending in eventually. I don't have any photos of my ungraded games because it would take some time to get them all together, have somewhere around 125 raw games to be graded. (around 100 already graded) Here are some I have that are already graded by a different company. Actually, took a few photos, think I missed a couple boxes, but you get the idea.(these are all sealed games, I have more that are opened)
  13. A)Been collecting since around 2010, playing since pong. B)Favorite Game? Sonic/Metroid/Final Fantasy C) I have been a gamer for years, it just seemed natural.
