  2. Hello @zoom12324, after the maintenance 2 weeks ago, you need to go to the legacy portion of your submission tracking in order to see the active submission status. To do this, click on the phrase that says "If any of your recent trading card submissions are not listed here, 'click here". That will take you to the submission status of any orders processed in our previous software. Please let us know if you need help with anything else. Thank you!

  8. Hello @Barnabas Collins, thank you for contacting us. With the change in July allowing CGC Cards to grade most standard-sized cards, not all cards are in our system quite yet. When using the card search bar in the online submission form, you should see a phrase at the very top that states "I Can't Find My Card." When selecting this option, it will allow you to manually enter your cards that are not showing up in the search bar. Please kindly use this option for now. Once we have more of these cards graded, they will be added to the OSF. Please let us know if you have any additional questions. Thank you!
  9. Hell, the reholder special has been extended through October. The discounted reholder fee will apply to any orders created before October 31st and delivered to our facilities before November 20th, 2023.
  10. Hello @Rocky6423, thank you for contacting us. I see that your order is currently in the queue to be graded. Most Economy trading card orders will take about 20 business days to be completed and sent back to you. This means that you might not see any updates on the status until it is your order's turn in the queue when it then moves to grading. As for payment, we do take the payment for orders once we have verified the cards. The only time we take the payment after the order is completed is if the customer's card initially declined when we tried to take the payment the first time. When this happens, we still process the order as normal but we wait to ship it until the payment is made in full. Please let us know if you have any additional questions. Thank you!
  11. Hello @mrprince, thank you for contacting us. We do ask that the card be sent back to you from the seller so that you can inspect the condition of the card prior to submission. This is so you can ensure the condition of the card is as described by the seller. I hear what you are saying about the shipping costs, but it is really important for you to note that the condition of the card is what you were promised in the eBay ad.   18. Hello @RoLaren, currently CGC Cards only is able to grade cards that have "pack-pulled" signatures. In other words, the signature needs to have been printed on the card directly by the manufacturer. If the card was signed after manufacturing, unfortunately, we would not be able to grade it at this time. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.   21. Hello @RJT3, Thank you for contacting us. Yes, CGC Cards grades virtually all trading card games (TCGs), sports cards, and non-sports cards. Currently, We currently accept cards sized 2-5/8” x 3-3/4” (6.6cm x 9.5cm) or smaller. Cards may be up to 7.25mm thick. As long as the cards are standard-sized, we should have no issues grading them.
