  1. Hello @Wilson618, thank you for contacting us. I am so sorry, I am a little confused by your initial inquiry. You may submit any 9.5 Gem Mint Blue Label cards to us by submitting them through our reholder service to be updated to the new Gem Mint 10 grade. The card does need to be sent to us directly in order for the upgrade to be made. As for your second question, we do not accept unopened packs for grading. We are only able to slab cards individually. Currently, CGC Cards accepts cards sized 2-5/8” x 3-3/4” (6.6cm x 9.5cm) or smaller. Cards may be up to 7.25mm thick. Currently, We currently accept cards sized 2-5/8” x 3-3/4” (6.6cm x 9.5cm) or smaller. Cards may be up to 7.25mm thick. Since these cards do appear to be standard-sized, we should be able to grade them! Feel free to send these cards in whenever you get the chance.   5. Hello @Iceman399, I just received a reply from our grading/research team. They advised that at this time, there is very limited information we have from the official announcements from Ravensburger regarding the 2nd wave. However, they stated there could be differences in wording (errata) on some cards. With this in mind, currently, we do not have enough information to distinguish between the first and second wave. Until we have seen enough come through our doors, we cannot guarantee whether or not a card came from a specific wave of printing. Please let us know if you have any additional questions.   8. Hello @Daryl Deebrah, may I asked how many cards you are looking to reholder? The reholder special was available from July to end of October, so unfortunately that $5.00 discount is no longer available but I can check to see if any additional accommodations can be made.

  10. Hello @Holli Robertson, thank you for contacting us. Yes, you can absolutely send any *Gem Mint 9.5 blue label* cards to be reholdered to our new Gem Mint 10 black label. CGC Cards no longer supports subgrades though, so those will be removed if you send the card in. To do so, simply send the card in as a reholder service and we will get the card updated.   13. Hi @Warner85, we do not have a re-grade service. We can either grade the card as "raw" or we can reholder the card. If your cards were a green label 9.5 Gem Mint, they will automatically be bumped to Gem Mint 10. Any grades under that you'd like reviewed would need to be graded fresh if you wanted to see if they could be bumped. Please let us know if you have any additional questions. Thank you!

  16. Hello @KirkDiggy, this is going to sound like a strange fix, but try adding a different book first (any book) and then re-adding back your actual book title. Sometimes that will fix the issue. If that doesn't work, you may add the book manually by using the "I Can't Find My Magazine" button. Please let us know if you need help with anything else. Thank you!

  24. Hello @TIEBEAR, thank you for contacting us. On all 5 of your Batman/Fortnite: Foundation books, there were polybag creases/bends. You requested a 9.8 prescreen on all 5 books and they each had these, so our team left the books in their polybags as a courtesy and sent them back to you as is. Unfortunately, it looks like that is a pretty common defect for these books. If you send them in without the prescreen, we will grade them appropriately.
