Personally, I would not get hung up on a technical grade. If you are looking for a solid reader, paper and staples quality is most important for me. That makes it harder to purchase online. I have very stable G comics that look and handle great. Just something to consider during your pursuit. Good luck!

Definitely inspirational but also intimidating. I started brushing lettering in June. I still look like a newbie but I don't plan on ever making a living off of it. I am doing #happyletteringchallenge this month. Not comic related at all. I am not really sure how to discover these challenges before the start of the month. So I ended up missing the first day. I will check out Inktober but I am not on facebook or twitter. I just do Pinterest and now Instagram. My instagram has a big 7 posts on it.

I just downloaded Instagram a few months ago. I guess I should see if there are any comic artist there. Is there anything to look for? I am teaching myself some hand lettering and follow some people there for ideas and to practice.

I love the comic cube! I had stopped by their booth a few years ago at a show. While I find the piece to of high quality, I wondered if I could find anyone local to me. But they do specialize in the cubes and understand the sizing requirements. There are cabinet makers on etsy that will also do custom work. But I still have mine in white boxes stuffed in my closet.

A podcaster that I listen to has started a KickerStarter Campaign for his new Comic Shop Documentary movie. This isn't his first time behind the camera as he has three other movies under his belt.
