It's a 9.4 copy that I bought recently, that I plan to flip for some other purchases.

I think they are kinda cool, because they are superheroes you never hear of. Although Bulletman reminds me of that action figure that used run in ads in comics in the late 1970's.

Recent Ebay win. I have never seen one of these midget comics and thought it looked it cool. Paid for it for less than guide, so I am happy with it. This is the oldest certified book I own.
