Ordinarily I wouldn't have picked this one up but I've always been a big fan of DD's yellow costume.

I don't suppose you know anyone with any of these lying around that would be willing to sell do you?How about this cool variant on a variant?Editorial Novaro owned the reproduction rights to all of DC´s characters for exploitation in Latin America and Spain, which at the time, meant that they would sell more copies than DC. This info was passed on to me by Novaro´s Editor in 1982.
So, when the Colombian printing house Epucol wanted to publish their own variants, they had to purchase the trabslated material from Novaro and reprint it adding their own logo.

Even a partial list would be helpful, we would probably need some time to be able to track down some books before we could make this happen. This hard to find Mexican tabloid also has my credit as Jim Shooter and Marv Wolfman´s translator.
Youe best bet to do a Sig Series is go to a convention that Desert Wind is at and sing your own books in front of them and let them submit to CGC.
Private signing require minimum of 200 signed books for a Sig Rep to come out.
So best bet is go to them for singles...
Love your books
Can you list all the books that you translated?
Also, did you pencil and ink the story La Guerra de los Pasteles in Novelas Inmortales #449?

200 isn't set in stone. There have been several signings where far less books than that have been subbed, it's just a matter of getting it approved beforehand.Private signing require minimum of 200 signed books for a Sig Rep to come out.So best bet is go to them for singles...

I thought you knew about this already. It's been here a while. (thumbs uwhy was I not told of this thread!!! -
Find me one of those Italian Batman #232s and it's yours. My last official acquisition of 2012.I do not collect "foreign editions" of Marvel comics (well, except for something Italian but they are not "foreign" to me… ) but if there is something I love to see in each and every language is FF #1.
And this greek edition is sick: now I officially hate you!
@gmedina64: If you need something from the "Collezionismo fumetti" site just let me know. One of the curators is a friend of mine (and an awesome Disney collector as well: he has an original Floyd Gottfredson comic strip from the 1930s!).

Maybe we should see about setting up a Signature Series opp.And just in case you were thinking I was making it up when I said I used to work as a translator... -

I got nothin'.http://www.ebay.com/itm/290836541679?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1438.l2649I have been watching this Superman #300 Japanese variant since about September on ebay. The seller has the book WAY overpriced and has only come down from $200 to $150 since then.
From searching high and low it is the only Japanese version I have ever seen.
The guy is kinda temperamental and just wont budge on such a steep price.
Tim, Hector, Matt, or Liam: What is your opinions or 2 cents on this book?
I really want it because I think it will be the "baby jesus" of the #300 set.
I would love to rub it in this guys face if i could find another for even hald the price to show him he is way over no such market on it. He was at first not even nice and would not show me extra pics therefore making me very cautious...
Is this Japanese book one the "holy grail" of Superman variants???

I ended up getting two packages today, the first from Australia. This one reprints Marvel Spotlight #4, the weird thing is it seems to be the only WWBN they did.
The second one was from Canada.
This one I'm pretty sure I'm going to keep, I'll probably SS it at some point.
I've got a few of these now.

I've looked through their inventory on their site, not one of these is listed. I think most of what they have is from European countries.Very, very cool. Love the foreign covers. I know Mile High has a ton of foreign books in their warehouse (if you're looking to complete the run), but they probably charge a pretty penny. Congrats on the awesome run! -
What's up with speaking a foreign language in the foreign comics thread?
-
Just got this one in from Spain.
