  1. Alpha, Beta, Unlimited, Arabian Knights, Legends, 3rd Edition.
  2. Everyone starts somewhere and it depends on your goals. I bought books in the past for $500...now 10K+. It all depends and sometimes luck..
  3. H1 8.0 approaching the 100K barrier...very tight race with SC4 in 8.0+.
  4. Sold $9261.25 Strong price for a very nice looking copy.
  5. That's a really strong price on the 4.0...a bit too strong. Perhaps strong eye appeal 4.0 copies are narrowing in price between the grades of 4-6 range. Wonder if this trend will continue or the others grades 5-6 will follow.
  6. Since 2010, in the old AF15 Club, I mention AF15 is like the Mickey Mantle 52 Topps and Action 1 is the Honus Wagner T206. An Action 1 3.0 detached cover sold a few months ago for almost half million.
  7. Hulk 1 has under perform AF15...at this rate AF15 is 1.5+X more than H1 in most grades.
  8. Wow...that's really odd. When I pay for grader's notes, normally no less than 24 hours (one business day). You should get your notes or a grader's note refund and this is a high profile book.
  9. +1. Last three, sold for over 82.5, 87K, 85K...most likely will reach there. The days when 7.5 were stagnant between 55-60K's are gone.
  10. That's odd. Since this book was graded in 2009, it may take CGC up to 24 hours for them to provide grader's note.
  11. Wow Gator, interesting. At this pace, Action 7 maybe in the top five GA books?
  12. From these current prices at CC, this may confirm the gap up for nice presenting AF15's.
  13. Is that Action 7 4.0 the Crestohl copy? The red markings looks familiar. If that's the copy, I remember it was offered on ebay at auction for 15K Bid with a BIN for 25K. During that time I bought my already sold under copy Action 15 5.5 for only 2K..times has changed.
  14. I looked at the scan of that copy also. Since the subscription crease was more profound from mid to the bottom of the cover, it didn't down grade more lower.
  15. I've said this copy is accurately graded as a 8.0 by CGC, but not the nicest 8.0 out there. I've seen copies in 8.0 that are cream/off-white pages with less preservation than this copy. I've heard you mentioned the Voldy 8.5 like hundreds of time and still not over it for the fact that it was a bargain in that holder. With CGC assessment of the Voldy copy as an CGC 8.5, it performed better. In late February, the voldy 9.0 sold on Comiclink auction for 240K and last month the CGC 9.0 Hope copy sold on ComicConnect auction for 395K. The registration and PQ on Peewee's 8.0 and my 8.0 presents better than this 8.0. Not many 8.0's in the market to choose from, so one either wait it out for another copy or go after this 8.0 copy. I mentioned previously that the last five years at auction Comiclink offered only three copies above 8.0 and one of them was a Voldy 9.0. I understand it's only one venue, but a very reputable venue in Silver Age books.
  16. CGC is spot on with this copy as an 8.0. It's not the nicest 8.0 out there, but I've seen 8.0's with less preservation then this copy. If a few recent folks with a recent 7.5's might want to upgrade and may cause a bidding frenzy.
  17. I believe this is only the third time at auction for an 8.0+ in Comiclink which includes the recent Voldy 9.0 the last five+ years. This is a really tough book and very interesting to see the final price.
  18. Looks like the word introducing Spiderman and the work Amazing Fantasy has a slight printing shift..not much to affect the appeal.
  19. Decent 8.0, not too shabby and going to sell for a record in this grade. My prediction is at least 125K+ just tough to make a call in this silly market.
  20. That's a nice copy. You went from a nice 5.0..to a nice 6.0...now nice 7.0?
  21. Looks like the same copy that sold last year in 08/16. Nice copy.
  22. I bet if that 7.5 WP didn't have chips and some pre-chips, would have gone for more.
