  1. Very comparable front cover but the 36 has a better back. Spot on.
  2. The price is what someone willing to pay (including Buyer's Premium). When you place a bid in Heritage, it will display two prices: one for the bid price and the price with BP. The only thing GPA would not know is if the person had to pay states sales tax. I had books that I won that would registered higher, if my sales tax paid was input to the total.
  3. When un-restored prices rises further, restored prices will move up too. Maybe not as much as unrestored, but will still show growth. I agree with some of these post were restored becomes the entry level...and we have seen how entry level has performed recently.
  4. In the current CGC tape stance, I've never seen a 2.0 attached with tape in a 2.0 blue holder. Good detective work Gotham. So the CL 27 copy should receive a 2.0 label if regarded possibly....since both the 36 and 27 looks so comparable.
  5. The market will bid the book up to FMV of an AF15 5.0 with no chips. This book will sell over 30K.
  6. Yes..this 5.0 not 4.0 http://metropoliscomics.com/load_bookDetails.php?id=693838&set=0
  7. One should buy the book structure and appeal. There's a nice 4.0 out there at Metro. Maybe 350k FMV for this copy? But anything is possible.
  8. Sorry if my wording wasn't clear. With a full spine, CGC will not give a higher grade then a 1.5, and of course not after they change their tape grading policy stance. Your Gatror magic worked. I meant being a 1.5 was to harsh, for it's the nicest 1.5 out there...with great eye appeal for the grade and it should be priced at a 1.8 price. Not calling it higher than the initial grade, but it is what it is.
  9. Yes, SC22 in 7.0+ will perform better than BB28 in 7.0+.
  10. The 1.5 grade initially was a be too harsh and I agree a 1.8 price would be a great deal.
  11. Congrats and welcome to the SC22 Club.
  12. A 5.5 unrestored sold at Heritage sold for a little under a mil not too long ago. I would think a 6.0 unrestored should be over 1 mil.
  13. Someone has a nice set there and a very important DC SA set.
  14. Yes, SC22 my favorite book! It's like if you have a SC22, you have to have a SC4..vice versa...two great top DC SA keys.
  15. I would imagine higher than the CL copy since it's CGC graded. This copy will give a 9.0 Hope.
  16. Without the chips, this books looks 8 ish, clean and bright colors on this copy.
  17. Glad your plan worked. SC4 will be another great addition to your great collection.
