  1. Agree it was a buying opportunity and picking up steam. Who would not love the two beloved Marvel Characters.
  2. My point again was these prices of H1 sold during that time was a great buying opportunity on pullbacks during the auction fatigue. If you analysis these prices and the structures of these copies, they are currently under the FMV of H1's. The H1 in CC auctions today will show the trend is up again like AF15's.
  3. I wonder if Larsy still has the Action 1 since #2-443 was sold during that event auction. Perhaps it was one of the big record A1 that was sold previously years ago. I remember the Larson Batman 1 8.0 did quite well too. The Berk Collection will be very exciting as you mentioned with many classic books/art and some books never seen the light of day for collectors the opportunity to acquire. In an auction format, there well always be battles won and lost..with great results and disappointing results.
  4. These are the prices for the seven Hulk 1 that were auctions in the last quarter auction at CC 2016. You mentioned in the H1 thread during that time the H1 7.5 went cheap and the H1 8.5 should have sold stronger in the north of 150K. The two BIG Marvel SA Keys are trending up again (especially AF15's). As I mention above before to Loufine: I think it's just timing and auction fatigue the last quarter of 2016. 8.5 White Pages 132000 7.5 Off-White Pages 37500 6.0 Cream/Off-White Pages 18411 5.5 Off-White Pages 16200 2.0 Off-white Pages 6211 1.5 Off-white Pages 4500 1.0 Off-white Pages 3106
  5. Very nice AF15's. Wow! The chips began to take notice around 2009 and increase dramatically the last few years by eye appeal collectors/buyers.
  6. I was there in my computer when the H1's were auction off Nov/Dec. There was only one H1 auction first, which was the 7.5 off/white. The following few days later, more H1's (a bunch) at the same day with the 8.5. I think it's just timing and auction fatigue the last quarter of 2016.
  7. The ship has sailed. Especially how these copies had performed...and a BIG premium over chipped copies. Although some chips copies presents very nicely. Not putting down chip copies, since I have a few low grades with very minor chips.
  8. Once HG copies moves...LG will move up to. For a matter of fact LG out perform HG copies last seven years.
  9. Feels cool...just hard to believe these prices. Withe new Spidey film and Disney support for the character...sky the limit.
  10. Yup.. and the 8.5 sold at Heritage a few months ago.
  11. Absolutely insane for a very nice presenting 5.0 copy.
  12. still going 9.0 350K...9.2 at 462K looks cheap now.
  13. Wow...with these copies. I wonder what my 8.0 WP can do.
  14. It's a very clean copy. I see a possible 7.0 but I would be worry about a few pre-chips which may get weaken (possible chip off) when re-grade.
  15. The last CGC 9.0 sold publicly was a few years ago for 191K. The voldy 9.0 copy sold after that CGC copy for 237K and a few months ago again 240K. I expect the Hope 9.0 copy to be in record territory price of any 9.0 graded copies today.
  16. No AF15, but SC22 has been performing very well in all grades and making new highs the within the last year.
  17. Agree..not quite funny. But were funnier when there were three 4.0 blue label TEC27 in the market at once 4-5 years ago and each for all under 300K.
  18. From the current CGC stance, looks like a 1.8 most likely...but what do I know. I wouldn't call it a about 20% off the back cover...maybe 5%.
