These prices are for real and so much volume on AF15 the last half the year. Yes, those pages could have bought you a $75 complete copy which you bought years ago. In 1986 Creation Con I attended as a teenage boy, I saw an AF15 missing a back cover for $50.00, the first I ever saw and it sold in front of my little eyes. I said to myself, I need to obtain that book one day. Uncle Ben is cool

Just checked GPA and AF15 9.4 which sold in Heritage in 2016 has now resold in May 2017 for 705K. A very strong Vintage Comic Market indeed especially for one of the top Blue Chips. These Blue Chip books continue to get more pricey.

My thoughts also.

Hulk 1 in 5.0+ has jumped anywhere between 20-40% the last 9 months. The SC4 7.5 WP recently sold strong was an upgradable copy.

Now the question is, how many in all grades you had.

SC4 has been pretty stable lately, perhaps the next move up is happening.

The strong price for that copy because it has probably been upgraded.

I have to say, a lot of excitement of high grade DC's in Pedigree. Quite awesome. Here's my copy of Showcase 23, I took recently. I know some of you like pink covers.

Reserve price? That price is a bit too optimistic. Could a Showcase 4 CGC 9.2 even get that price.

That 7.5 shown on ComicConnect resold on Comiclink for about the same price later on. Prices has been spiking with the top three SA Keys, but I agree 107K is a very strong price for the 7.5 sold recently.

I agree. A nice 8.5 sold 60K, so a 9.0 should be around 90-110K. Maybe 120-150K for the 9.2 is realistic.

Anything under $100K will be a disappointment. 250K in my opinion is way too high.

Wow, a 7.5 just sold. https://www.heronext.com/listings/view/11407541 and will this 8.5 on Pedigree shatter Hulk 1 in the same grade.

Without that flaw expect it to be in a higher label. At least that flaw is on the back.
