No i actually won it on comic link, I try not to buy restored silver age books but with these it doesnt bother me to much mostly because of money. There more affordable for me unless i hit the lottery . Im very happy with it the restotoration looks great. P.S. thanks for all the nice comments

I agree theres no need for any of this to be brought up again. i gotta run out so ill finish with this, When the deal went south i looked at other books that i may buy so now all of a sudden I cant be expected to buy this book cause its back. Actually about a month after all this Yannis and I spoke and he said he may be getting the book back, I said ill keep it in mind cause in the mean time i was going after a few other books. Yes batman did PM me but i forgot to write back so im not ignoring you, I do find it funny when i PM ed you 3 times i never got a response but that was ok right? Anyway im not getting in to this again, so i will personally call Yannis tonight ( and no im not ignoring him also) I just got a little weirded out when after a month the book was returned cause if it were such a big deal why was it not done immediatly. I just want to say "tell us WTF you agreed upon TO THE LETTER" You took it to the people and now the people want to hear the conclusion. You can't just use us for your own satisfaction and leave us hanging. That's not how a community works. As far as I'm concerned you are both on my probation list until time stands still if you don't cough up the details. Don't bother buying from me, nor will I buy from you. I'm happy that you came to an S & M type happy conclusion but someone give me my time back for 70 pages of selling research wasted by members agreeing in private that they aren't despicable to try to escape being put on the probation list in the end. You my friend need to chill out maybe go back and read it again cause you apparently missed alot, i said time and time again i got screwed and theres nothin i can do, i dont have the book and never will what more do you want?? As far as putting me on the probation list seriously grow up and dont worry i wont buy from you and you can do the same from me. I disagree with him in this case but think he is one of the good guys. I'm perfectly happy with disagreeing with people because no one has the same opinion or approach to each issue but all of our input makes for a community decision Its threads like this that brings lurker forumites to finally speak up and post their opinion after years of not speaking up on mediocre threads and I applaud that. Matt and Yannis are BOTH responsible for fixing this and from the moment this drama thread was posted we are responsible for making sure it is within the satisfaction of the community. Its not about how ugly the discussion is it is about results. Before I posted in it we knew next to nothing and the miffed buyer was unsatisfied and willing to accept caveat emtor as an excuse. I don't accept that and I'm disappointed Matt is willing to accept that since he was not happy and obviously making that known to the seller He has a responsibility to this community if he participates in the sales forum and I don't give a what his friend or his friends GF wants to call me when she is tired and cranky, other than its just another opinion.
