Well if any one comes across a tec 36 or 37 let me know i guess 36 being the priority, probably lower grade. But hey if i can sell some of my other big books id go after a 35

Another thing that upset me was (and i have said this to yannis) was that if he for some reason thought i couldnt pay (and again i gave him no indications of this) he should have said forget it dont send me money, cause now i have to wait a week to get a refund and take the money back out. And in the bigger picture ive had my money on hold for over 3 weeks total, So what if something had come along i guess i would have missed out in the meantime Someone said earlier that these books are rare, and yes they are when you dont have 10-20k to spend, so to find 1 for a couple thousand i was beyond belief. I have many silverage books and a nearly complete ASM run w/ AF15, but if i sold those i could easily get them back but not the case w TECS so thats why i was very mad also

I just want to say "tell us WTF you agreed upon TO THE LETTER" You took it to the people and now the people want to hear the conclusion. You can't just use us for your own satisfaction and leave us hanging. That's not how a community works. As far as I'm concerned you are both on my probation list until time stands still if you don't cough up the details. Don't bother buying from me, nor will I buy from you. I'm happy that you came to an S & M type happy conclusion but someone give me my time back for 70 pages of selling research wasted by members agreeing in private that they aren't despicable to try to escape being put on the probation list in the end. You my friend need to chill out maybe go back and read it again cause you apparently missed alot, i said time and time again i got screwed and theres nothin i can do, i dont have the book and never will what more do you want?? As far as putting me on the probation list seriously grow up and dont worry i wont buy from you and you can do the same from me. Well i dont get all this now, Yannis sent me a very private PM about something going on in his life and i chose not to publicly share it, If i did post it trust me all the people questioning me would feel really really stupid i can gaurantee that. I didnt avoid anything he gave me no explaination for his action as far as the book is concerned, AGAIN I GOT SCREWED. Im not hididng anything and again im very mad about it, I dont get what you want me to do, should i find his address and go fight him? Come on. Im trying to be the adult here its not like me and him are best friends now, i realized i cant do mess and no one said hes not going on the list or not. No, you were completely forthcoming. (thumbs u And, FWIW, my opinion is that the 'family emergency' explanation is complete . It didn't stop the book from getting sold. Couldnt of said it better. I also had a death less than 2 weeks ago (one of my best friends) but i was looking forward to taking the trip to get the book and having it to take my mind off things.

Damn dude, that's pretty harsh. I can understand that you want a solid denouement, but it wasn't your money, and if the the aggrieved party (Matt) wants to let it drop, so be it. No one held a gun to your head and made you read this thread in its entirety; you aren't owed the transaction's final details. The publicly posted gist of it is that Matt's not happy and will probably never deal with the seller again. Do you really need to see screencaps of private messages to sleep at night? I agree that there were some shady goings-on, but I don't need, or want, to see every dirty detail. From the information posted, I've determined that time payments with Yannis are a terrible idea, and that if I see a pre-Robin 'Tec I'll keep Matt in mind. So what's the harm when a buyer decides not to pay for a book? No harm no foul? From what I got so far from this thread is that both had an agreement and the seller didn't keep his end of the bargain. In your first post you mentioned Matt worked overtime and sold books locally to come up with the additional funds just to find out the seller sold the book he was raising money to pay off???....sorry that's not acceptable in my book. I have no horse in this race but it seems that the seller needs to make good with the buyer somehow. The probation list is in place to protect both sellers and buyers.. Ya it bums me out that i sold books and busted my but i guess you live and learn (although im not sure what i leared here )

This was the exact PM from alex i want to believe him Yes I do own a 37 I purchased from Yannis, I had no idea nor was I ever told John had a prior negotiation with you. If I had known I would have of course told him to honor the prior negotiation. I have not been in contact with Yannis and he has not asked me to remove the pic from my sig nor had I removed it for anything relating to this issue. I am just now learning about it. I have been playing around with pics in my sig over the past fews days. Had a bunch of different book up, then postd my prerobins with my Tec 28, removed that and then posted my prerobins with the 2nd 37, decided it looked messy, and then changed it back to the neat scans of Tec 31 Action 15 MM7 and AA17. Had nothing to do with any of this. Hearing of what has happened truly shocks me and makes my stomach turn. As a fellow lover of all things Pre-Robin I can say I truly feel your dismay. That was not right, it was wrong. When did you make this deal with Yannis? I finalized my deal with Yannis on the 18th for $1,500 via paypal and I paid Yannis for the book on April 19th, nearly 2 full business weeks ago. So its not realy recent all that recent. If I can do anything to help, let me know man. Again I feel for you.
