WOW i just had to read 30 pages . I know this is beating a dead horse but 1 more time cause it semms its unclear. I made the payment to yannis we agreed to a month he said fine so did I, within days of the first payment i said hey maybe we can meet up i have the rest of the money or ill paypal you the rest, He said i wont be around this weekend(last weekend) but next weekend will work(meaning this weekend now) i said fine, Monday of this week comes around i ask hey want me to paypal or can we still mett (just checking to make sure once again its cool)-no reponse till WED, then i was told the grade is wrong my moneys refunded to wich i replied hey i want it regardless, with no response again. I never ever wanted to beat him up and if he was worried he should have said paypal will work. So i had the money ready within a week in a half of the 1st convo-to deposit-to full balance

I just really wanted the book even if it wernt a 2.5 but anyways theres no exuse at all plain and simple. I hate to do this but i have to run out again ill be back on tonight to explain more , but i have people yelling at me right now to go so....

I really really want everyone to know i did do nothing wrong it may seem like theres info being left out but trust me there isnt. I never gave any indication that i wouldnt have the money so i have no idea where this came from. And if there were an issue you all know he would have brought it up to clear his name

The seller said he had a personal P.M. with you, I assume to explain the situation. Mind telling us what the explaination was. Alot of boardies would like to hear it I'm sure. DRX It was just that he thought i would not pay after the deposit ( well i dont give $500 to just anybody but...) I had the money within a few days of the deposit well befor batman said he bought the book so yes i got screwed.

O and BTW i am not mad at batman i assume he didnt know and ive talked to him before and he seems like a good person

Well i dont know what to say everyone knows who it is so i dont have to say that part, I guess i got screwed out of a book. There def no explaination for what he did to me but what can i do? Nothing i guess. Batman got the book, there friends, hes going through some stuff. I did put the deposit first he thought i would not pay (even though i had the money a week before batman hmmmmmmm). If the book wasnt a book i really wanted this thread would not exist but again what can i do.

OK well i really have to go to work right now so ill say some further stuff that happened real quick. The new buyer sent me a PM saying he bought the book on the 18th and he was unaware of what was going on and he's sorry, Now i want to believe him and im trying but, the book appeared in his sig line up yesterday and thats 1 day after i was told theres something wrong with the book hmmmmm. Then i am told he paid $1500 for the book when i was paying $1600. So it appears either everyone thinks im very stupid or the seller just doesnt like money.I just checked all my PM's with the seller and talked with him originally on the i think 7th or 8th, and had the first payment on the 11th and within less than a week from that had the remainder of the balance. There is absolutly no way I did anything wrong and I will be 10000% shocked if the seller can accuse me of anything exept being extremly exited about anything that has happened between us. I will be home at 5 today i wish i could see whats gonna happen now but i cant, I will say who he is when i get back thanks

I agree 100% I guess the real issue for me is i work very hard and i dont have tons of money, meaning i cant buy another one if its 5k cause i just dont have it. But dont get me wrong i have spent that on books but here and there,like alot of these books there hard to find and expensive so when i thought i had a shot at one i was beside myself. so thats what bugs me the most cause i dont think im gonna have many options at these again.

Well i agree but he has read my post last night and this morning and maybe even tonight and still ignored ME but i said id wait 24hrs so worst case ill say his name at 5 when i get out of work. He def isnt going to have the guts to defend himself, and honestly theres nothing i did wrong he cant possibly say anything against me.
