Thanks everyone for the kind words! Very thrilled to have picked the 35 and 38 up. Been dreaming of a 35 and 38 for as long as I can remember. I pulled out my Tec 38 reprint from the 90's and it hit me I had finally landed a real one. My lower grade Tec Pre-Robin run has been growing, a feat I never thought would happen. As a teen never thought I would own even one. Still can't hold a candle to DarkKnights unbelievable collection of Pre-Robins though. Also - Jon (PointFive) is searching for a lower grade Tec 35 - let's all keep our eyes out for him! I've been keeping my eyes peeled for you man!

I am sorry that you got caught in the middle of this, Alex. But with the bad blood between Matt & Yannis, I guess it's not a total shock either that the transaction didn't take place the second time. Just curious -- wouldn't it have been easier for you to resell to Matt directly? I know its really no fun for me. Perhaps it might have been easier to sell it to him directly. But I figured the simplest and best way to go about it was to just get it back to the seller so the seller could then sell it to the original buyer. And then everything could be as it was supposed to be. (thumbs u But I don't know if that will be the case now. Kudos for trying to do the right thing. There'll be other #37s. There will be and luckily I still have my 1.0 copy. Looks like no upgrade for me right now, but I hope down the road. Until then my 1.0 Tec 37 will suit just fine.

I am incredibly distraught with this whole situation..... 1. I buy a book on good terms. 2. I learn there was some muddy waters and a previous buyer and sale that was not met on the same book. 3. Original buyer (Mt1000 - Matt) PMs me asking about the situation and if I sell it to let him know, I say yes of course. 4. I return book so original seller can sell to original buyer. 5. I PM original buyer (Mt1000 - Matt) and let him know seller has the book back and it is ready for you. 6. Original Buyer (Matt) ignores me and seller. 7. I am now out of a book I wanted and Original Buyer is ignoring myself and seller. 8. Original Buyer (Mt1000 - Matt) after ignoring my PM now claims I ignored his PM which is completely false. What gives Matt? If you cannot PM me back, maybe you will post it publicly so we can all understand your side?

That is absolutely 100% UN-TRUE. I never ignored any of your PMs and you only PM'd me twice. Both of which I did reply to. You PM me once explaining/asking about the situation and I replied, you PM'd me again and asked if I sell it to let you know. I replied back. Which you never replied to. I then wrote you on it being back with Yannis and you never replied.

It is the SAME book. As everyone knows... I bought the book from Yannis not knowing it already had a prior negotiation. I bought it on good terms. Yannis and I since agreed to do a return, in which he planned to sell it to Matt. But as far as I know Matt has been ignoring Yannis. I also PM'd Matt but did not get a response.

yes please do! I love tracking copies of that book I don't think I've seen this copy before. Congrats Alex! Thanks guys! I picked up the MM9 on heritage a few weeks back. It is missing the BC, but otherwise is complete. I thought it was a very nice way to add an MM9 to my run without breaking the bank and especially as I am still hunting Pre-Robins.

As some know - My new pet project is to complete a Marvel Mystery run. Here are my latest pick ups. A nice MM18 and MM32! Oh and I also picked up this one as well, someone was telling me it has a classic cover..... MM9
