So far I know Matt Nelson is a professional restorer and his company merged with CGC that became CCS. How the heck does he find his time to press or restore the comic book while he grades countless comic books? That is two jobs for him.

No fudging way! Not many people are paying attention to late Cooper Age Avengers. The book with five covers is unique.

Maybe it has to do with the inflation. Bronze age started in 1970, Copper Age went through 1984 until 1991 before Modern Age began. More information here - Look at Comic Prices Inflation.

Thank you for pictures. The book has five covers from the bin that is extremely rare to be found. Are you going to send it to CGC? We'd love to see the result. Hopefully it will be 9.8 or 9.9 on the fifth cover.

FYI, I just purchased Miracleman #15 NM+ 9.6 for only $54. Hopefully, the sales will be rebounded soon somehow. Stay positive.
