I found this interview talking about the opening credits. If you're like me, thru 5 episodes I still haven't fast forwarded thru the opening credits cuz I LOVE them. James Gunn actually said he was looking for a way to "...vanquish the skip forward button..." so that all the great people who worked on the show would get the credit they're due. Gunn also hints that the Opening credits comes across differently in Episode 1 as opposed to Episode 7 so that tells me that perhaps Adebayo's GF or the Janitor DO have bigger roles. Gunn ALSO talks about how he decided to not release episode 8 early to the critics cuz the spoilers are so huge. I'm really looking forward to the rest of this show.

Captain America & Bucky- A forgotten Spoof from 1943

Here's another instance of Stan Lee using the "Super Soldier Serum" trope. I found this in Krazy Komics 15. The strip is literally called "Super Soldier" and is a 7 page "origin story" of Super Soldier. Notice Stan signs his name "PFC (Private First Class) Stan Lee" The villain has a Death Drug and a Super Serum. He wants to test the death drug on Percy (our hero) and give the Super Serum to the Nazis. He of course mixes them up and gives Percy the Super Serum. Super Soldier was supposed to be a continuing strip because at the end of the story it says he will return in next months issue to fight the Nazis, but he never showed up again. I wonder why? -

YES!.... that's a little suspicious for a super tiny role.

I agree, but a 4.5 Blue label would sure look nicer than a 5.5 PLOD

Definitely one to get the graders notes on to see where and how much CT was added. I think I see some at the 12c circle. You might be able to get a Blue label on this one if it's just a few spots.

I have an ST 110 with a couple panels clipped in the 1st couple pages... SO frustrating BUT...... THIS auction appeared on ebay and I thought my wish had been granted.... the first 7 pages all in rough shape but containing the panels I needed. No Dr Strange pages and 2 of the pages are Ad pages. I figured it would be easy to win at a low price. Just to make sure I bid $122.... and I lost. $164 winning bid. I guess my mind hasn't adjusted to the new value of comic pages for Key issues. When I saw the pages were in bad shape and none contained DS.... I thought it was going to be an easy win.

Comic book collecting with a foreign variant focus

I picked this one up recently. It's a thick square bound. Besides Challengers 6 it also had the interior to Showcase 19 (Adam Strange). -
I'm more curious about the Gorilla. You KNOW that's going to show up.
