  1. Like how that Facebook group made Darkhawk #1 into a “must have” a couple years back.
  2. There are better “innuendo” covers from Archie Comics imo.
  3. A few books just arrived from one of his recent sales threads. Managed to snag a few raws, accurate grading, prompt shipping, and securely packaged. Easy transaction and I look forward to more of his sale threads in the future. Recommended.
  4. The name reminded me of the “Ghost Variant” covers from 7-8 years ago that were getting a lot of buzz.
  5. Just got a few books from recent Bronze & Copper threads. No surprises, books as described, easy transaction, would be happy to deal with him again. Thanks fmaz!
  6. The comment asking about the book on the racks. Not sure how we’d know a common book by back cover unless by a reflection in the reader’s eye(or parabolic mirror or such).
  7. I recall the Kamandi comic that had a Captain America drawing on it(known as “Cap-n-Mandi”) that went around to different boardies for a time, and more recently the Kraven action figure. @CAHokie - did Kraven ever make it back home?
  8. The inconsistency with fonts is curious. Even just comparing Two Gun Kid #62 to the TOS #39 higher up the page appears to be different fonts, and both books would have been published at the same time, or at least have the same cover date.
  9. The shop from that stamp is still in business!
  10. Anyone know what the bolded portion below means, and are there currently elite Pedigree collections for MTG or Pokémon trading cards? "To pedigree a card to a previous owner, that collector or collection must be considered to be significant by CGC Trading Cards and sufficient documentation must be provided to confirm the requested pedigree. You can pedigree a card to yourself, typically without providing any documentation."
  11. Cool to flip through the 28 page Sotheby’s catalog, unfortunate there’s only one snapshot of the collection on shelves. Doesn’t begin to show the width and breadth of the collection imo.
  12. This is over my head. I thought “antiquarium” were people who were against other folks keeping fish as pets.
