  1. CGC does offer an in-house pressing service. To fully answer your question of “is it worth sending” it would help to have an idea of grade. Also is your intent to keep or sell? You can post images at the link below for opinions and feedback: https://www.cgccomics.com/boards/forum/42-hey-buddy-can-you-spare-a-grade/ Welcome to the forum! Enjoy!
  2. Just received a box of late SA/early BA books from Gene. Good communication, Promptly shipped, securely packaged, These were all lower to mid-grade, but graded accurately and nicely priced. Looking forward to any more sales threads he might have.
  3. Just received a Superman trade from one of Brandon’s recent threads. Shipped promptly and safely. Book arrived in like-new condition. Easy transaction.
  4. @oakman29 What light can you shed on the Turtlemania Special #1? (Or the other two Turtle books?) Thanks. @lou_fine
  5. This is why I never start posting until I’m on at least my third Mimosa.
  6. It’s not an “error” so much as a defect from the printing process. One book well known for this defect is FF #52, where on some copies it looks like Black Panther is wearing an amulet.
  7. If available, I’ll take Tracy - three volumes Harley Quinn Capote In Kansas Quantum & Woody For anyone picking books above, I’d recommend “The Trouble With Girls” for anyone that wants some light reading and chuckles. It’s main character is a guy that wants to be average and live a quiet life, but has the “misfortune” of being awesome in every way possible and makes his living as a James Bond type character. From the late 80’s.
  8. Received a box of books earlier and I’m ecstatic. It’s not just the Brave And The Bold #125 that looks like it's fresh off the spinner rack, but rather the packaging. In lieu of shipping, Paperheart could easily hand these off to me when he comes through the drive-thru at Piggly Wiggly In the evening, but instead he ships and takes care to package these as though the books are going to the moon. This point is especially important as some liquid detergent was shipped to me(with broken cap) and spent the evening leaking and soaking through all my mail. The floor, box, and packing materials are wet and smelling of lavender, but the comics are unharmed, and that’s due to the diligence in his packaging, even for low value stuff. Recommending him is a no-brainer.
  9. The retired labels could, in theory, have the same issue. Edit: The MS #5 7.0 that was the first book reported here last year is in a retired label for example.
  10. We know several are from the same submission if that’s what you’re asking.
  11. Wondering why the date on the She-Hulk comic shows “2/79” when the indicia shows a February 1980 date?
  12. This shows January 2013 was when the listing first went up.
  13. Marvel Team Up #’s 61, 80, 87, 89, 92, 93, 97 Cpt Marvel GS 1 Hercules 5 Fantastic Four 220 1st Issue Special 11 Brave & Bold 125 please.
  14. Call customer service in the morning. Post pics of a card or two. I’m sure others (as well as myself) would be interested in seeing them.
