Seems most of what would be a "key" came earlier in the decade. No. I'm still good with that one. Yeah, now it seems a little too busy to me. I've always liked the 20 cent period from DC. I enjoy the stories and the variety, though some of the titles seem a bit wacky in retrospect.

Interesting question. I always thought that they were blue label incomplete 0.5s, but I would love to hear other opinions. There are a few opinions in this old thread.

Steve, how...where did you stumble across that? Hmmm... Are you secretly a mod? I called the guy. He's listed as an authorized CGC dealer. As I understood it, the seller uses this for potential customers to get a confirmed address when doing a deal off eBay.

There's a dozen or more tpb's collecting four issues each of the Marvel series. Dark Horse published an Omnibus with stuff from Destroyer Duck #1, Starslayer #5, Pacific Comics's Groo #1-#8, Eclipse Comics's Groo the Wanderer Special #1, and Epic's The Groo Chronicles #1-#6. There's lots of collected works out there.

It seems Styx was afforded an opportunity to live a rich and enjoyable life, surrounded by others who appreciated and adored him. Unfortunately for those around him, his time came far too soon. I'm very saddened by your loss.

I'm only on page 63, so I'm anxiously looking forward to the poll. As far as page quality, unless cream or worse, I'd suspect there isn't a huge difference in final retail overall, at least GA through CA books.

The Mods are pretty funny today. It would have been nice if they'd pulled it for the "thread started to bash another member" that it is, but that would be asking too much, I imagine. Maybe I'll bring it up over in the mod discussion area. I'm not certain if "bash" is the right term, but in my view the thread topic had clearly originated from another thread wherein the OP was angry/frustrated with another poster, and said so as much in the locked thread. I was watching/reading the boards "live" at the time, and the moment the "Off Topic" thread appeared in CG I knew absolutely what it was in response to.
