Thanks guys I sent off a ton of dead books from a collection and didn't think to even check to see if any were second prints. Got a 7 that came back as second print and was like WHHHHAAAA figured like most of the newer image stuff the barcode would tell me but it was no help.

Most likely. I don't really care when or if the WD bubble pops. I just want the TV show to get interesting again. I'm disappointed this past month. I am tired of introducing lots of new members just so there can be a big blood bath. I'm totally bored at the thought of another assault on the prison by another group led by the Governor. I haven't read the comic, does the TV show diverge from the comic in this regard? Or is this what basically happens in the comic too? He has not returned any correspondence to date, why should he all of a sudden do so because he is threatened by being added to the probation list? The thread alone has been up for over a week with no response from him. I received payment in full from John (Slab-Pro) this afternoon. Since the transaction has been completed and I am 100% happy I nominate that he be removed from the probation list. Did they give a reasoning as to the delay?

Why would we not encourage members to come to the site? When they come to the site realize they were over a by a board member and bring it to everyone's attention to have it resolved? Why would we remove someone who hasn't deserved to be removed that is just a pointless argument. The purpose of the PL/HOS is to protect the community from bad board members. Isn't that exactly what is being proposed here? Matthew has been wronged by a board member and is looking to ensure others aren't.

Because the transaction was NOT between CGC forum members. The transaction was between one forum member and one non-member. No the transaction IS between two forum members: Matthew42383 & BLBComics

Yeah, it does. The OP was not a board member when the transaction took place and for some time after. This system was designed to help protect board member transactions between themselves. There is no grandfathering clause in the rules. I am not negating the severity of this. But there should be sufficient people from what I have read who are boardies that can initiate something here. Where does it state the transaction must occur prior to joining the cgc boards? I agree that it must be between cgc forum members, else it would get out of hand by putting ebay user XYZ and craigslist email address silly@madeup.com . However I don't see anywhere it states the transaction has to be started after joining the forum.

Have a MFT that was subbed end of Oct. so figure this one is a wash for Nov. I think they need a fix and that if the sub takes 2x what you are paying for you shouldn't have to pay for it or they should compensate some way.

Its ok he was recently mugged and needed money so was selling his books but then buying books off ebay and trying to flip before the books were in hand...

That is a risk, but if the max you set your bid at is a significant discount to guide (I usually use 40% of guide on multi-book lots) then it does not matter if they bid you up - you will make money all day long with max bid wins. (thumbs u But you are paying more than you have to. And if you find one of those dbag sellers that shills they can bump your bid up to the max. By not placing your bid until the end via a sniper they can't know you have a secret max bid and push the envelop. Sniping only way to go with ebay.
