Yup the notification of a PM that isn't there is a new issue I've had in the last couple weeks as well.

Please note the intake process can take upwards of 7-10 business days before the order will reflect within online submission tracking. This period is accounted for in the overall estimated turn-around time displayed at the point of the submission. If your box was labeled on all sides with "WK" for Walkthrough tier submissions, then it should be opened up sooner, usually within 1 to 3 days. As per Nicki from Customer Support last week

I honestly don't know how this sort of stuff happens. I won't tell cgc how to do their job however it's pretty easy to implement a checks and balances for things like this. My WK went to GEI today ... and I think I just got upcharged :S

I've got one in queue. Received May 1, signed for by CGC may 2, entered in system May 8 (in a box with WK so likely why it was "quick" to be entered). Sitting at SFG

Walkthrough received by cgc may 1, checked in may 8th GEI may 11

And to this day the most valuable asset cgc has.

It was for C2E2/WWC/Bmore in like 2019. They had a massive booth for drop off/signing/onsite (so don't think it was WWC). The hulk 1 was like a giant 20' banner they had up showcasing what a slab looked like. Well rather than take a hulk 1 8.0 and blow that up someone decided to photoshop in a much lower grade copy (or maybe it was the Promise Collection copy ) I can't find the pic on my camera but I'll see if I can track it down.

Come on now cgc advertising as if they know what they are doing either. Like when they made a 20 ft banner of a hulk 1 cgc 8.0 and it was a Photoshop of a 6.0 book in the holder. Lol

ughhhhh. Both my WK and ST are at SFG. The ST are def going to be close to being too slow for my show

ya it's definitely annoying especially when packages aren't checked in right away and their TATs state "Turnaround times reflect the estimated number of working days to complete a submission delivered to our facility today. Turnaround times are estimates only and are NOT guaranteed." however we aren't opening boxes for 3 days so your walkthrough (unlimited) that have a 2-day window makes 0 sense . I just hope CGC surprises me and gets my order done without QC issues and econs ship sooner than their posted TATs

May 1st I got the msg you got, May 3rd I reached out to CGC about that error message and being available for pickup Somehow USPS back dated the pick up to May 2nd. They were entered into the system today. It did have WK and has walkthrough books. Nicki told me they are 7-10 days out for regular packages and 1-3 days for WK

Where are these at if you don't mind me asking? I have some that just checked in today.

I got that last week and was told by CS that it's a mistake on USPS that the package has in fact be delivered.

Today the message says it was picked up on the 2nd of May 😂 yet yesterday it said it was available for pickup still. CGC being doing weird things.
