I'm just totally busting your balls Roy. Just pointing out the fact that these are almost new territories for books and we should be very cautious about using the word never I was shocked at both results even the 5.0 blew up what I expected it to go for, especially with a 6.0 just a few months prior selling for 27.5k. I don't think SC4 has taken over AF15 at this point, however if the results set a new trend it could be there, a 4.0 only sold for like $14.5k recently which is another sale putting it right on par with Spidy.

I would generally agree with this type of statement however SC4 has been passing each last sale with a higher sale for over a year. Its not like what we saw with some other quick rising books where a huge spike and then drops back down but rather a nice slow grind of increase sale after sale.

But those sales will be called outliers

Admit their wrong? I won't hold my breath. Not say they are wrong but remove the word "Never" as clearly it is possible, much more plausible than they would have though just over 12 months ago.

I hope that is the case cause then they will likely stop doing it.

The 2 sales tonight beat out public AF15 sales in the same grade SC4 for president!

SC4 > AF15

29.7k for the 5.0 78.5k for the 7.5 SC4 for president.

Turnaround time is business days. The quotes just above are for fast tracked. If yours are regular slow track it seems about 2 calendar months right now for moderns. Yeah, I know, they're saying 38 business days for Modern TAT. So is that 38 business days from their receiving it until they ship it? Or is it just 38 days to finish grading? Cuz I'm at about 32 business days already and it ain't even been graded yet. From Graded to Shipped seems to be trucking along. Had some at SFG and within 3 days were shipped.

9.8 contender got a 9.4? It was a X-Men 244 that I bought on the boards as a NM+. Maybe it was damaged in transit? I'll take a look when it comes in. I'm concentrating more on the 3 9.8 Killing Jokes, 2 CGC 9.8 Catwoman 51 & the CGC 9.8 Lucifer 1. Holy now I know who you are I don't know what you are talking about Now I can hide in the shadows and throw rocks at you Beating me in the grading contest wasn't bad enough?? Makes me wonder if that Captain Marvel 1 is actually a 7.5/8.0 Definetely more in the 7.0 / 7.5 range. But I hate grading those upper mid grades (6.5 - 7.5). I was totally teasing about the book I didn't even open up the photos to look at it!

Notify Ebay and leave negative feedback. Yeah I was thinking of reporting the item. Since I bought it off his website though I don't think I'll have any way of leaving ebay feedback. Buy the book on ebay, click the payment already sent button (since you have already paid via CC) and then when he refunds you neg him.

Picture or relative grade is required. The more details you provide the more likely it is to sell. If they are only worth a few bucks each I don't think anyone will mind if you posting a relative grade like VF/NM...unless they are significantly lower than that.

My modern submission has been a SFG for at least 7 days. I want to say that as well...maybe even 14. I used to keep detailed notes when things changed but been too busy with the last sub.

My books have stalled (moderns currently at 42 business days still at SFG). For the first time I'm almost glad...I would hate to be getting books back now in the old case if next week they are pumping out new cases.

Anyone have some pressing tips that can help me to manipulate GPA and bring the conversation back to being about me and how awesome I am?

Thought I saw a couple of these instances which is why I thought rule #1 did not apply if you did not show the label and advertise a certain competitor. I came right out and said it was in a slab and didn't try to hide anything. Incorrect assumption on my part and it won't happen again. Not really much more left to say.
