  1. It would have been nice, just before that #23 9.9 was made available on ebay
  2. I think your in the wrong thread. Unless I missed something.... Oh my B Sorry..... I'll just keep my mouth shut........ Never listen to me ever the answer is confusing without quoting the original question Is that better.... Cause I'm already confused Robertschwager made a quote less reply to a post that didn't precede it, and was a page back from his response. The bold part above is where my original reply came from, to clarify that which you were on to I was just clarifying Robert's reply

  4. It's an answer to an older post in this thread Concerning the Sixth Gun
  5. I lucked into buying all my early books when prices were much lower. Only time will tell how far it wil drop, once the show is cancelled. I think the prices will still remain strong on keys, although lower than current sales. . While most boast silver and golden age is the way to go, the significance of Walking Dead can only be truly understood once it's reached that age. It's easy to dismiss modern books, in context to recent releases and established series. It's only once we've made connections to it's impact on following books, that we can truly assess it's true value to the industry
  6. that's basically what i was saying when the first video surfaced. I was hoping they had worked on it more but from what I have been reading, this game is crashing Indeed Appears to be pretty glitchy. It was suppose to be stealth heavy, but apparently you can just run through the hordes, and most of them just forget about you. They really should have given this game a better team and a better budget. Looks like they used up all the funds for Reedus and Rooker's appearance and voice overs, which was only one of the highlights of the game
  7. This game is getting horrible reviews Haven't played it personally, but it looks to be a rushed, generic shooter, aimed at milking from the WD name. Sounds like it would have been better done by the Left 4 Dead guys, in the same fashion That would be a sweet game
  8. His sig is atrocious. I'd rather have SS books with Moore or Adlard. Kirkman's sig just ruins the covers for me.
  9. I sold the graded copy a while back, to help pay for the 9.8 copy
  10. Indeed Surprisingly, I won that 9.6 copy, raw on eBay for around $40 Granted, this was just before the price spike. Still, that was a steal
  11. Indeed The best copy I was able to grade was a 9.6. Luckily, Jeff graded a 9.8, so I didn't have to search too long for that book to keep my 9.8 run going
  12. (thumbs u Raw books shouldn't be anymore than $25. Pricing is getting to be a bit ridiculous on the variants
  13. I love when you tell someone somethings wrong, and they reply with, "Thanks, I'll fix that." You check it later, and it's the same
  14. Agreed, I can cuss like a sailor at times, so Negan sounds just fine to me Kirkman will bust out some twists, and I think some people will turn out to be not quite what we think they are, or what they are being portrayed as it just sucks getting a little bit every month
  15. they'll always have their Mario, Zelda, and other key franchises though, and their diehard fans. I always give Nintendo props, as they are never scared to be the first to innovate in the industry. Motion controls, touch pad controllers, and who knows what will be next Nintendo is in big, BIG trouble right now. Wii-U sales have been terrible, and with the PS4 to Vita connectivity, the Vita will do exactly what the Wii-U tablet does, except it'll be about 10x more powerful. Third parties are going to flock to Sony, and all Nintendo will have is their first-parties. Nintendo is cooked. They certainly need to address their game issue. I only bought the Wii U for the first party games. Let's face it, they by no means are trying to compete with the other big dogs, in terms of system power they need to get some first party, heavy hitters out there ASAP.
  16. If the rumored Xbox specs are true, the PS4 is going to be roughly twice as powerful. Which is a very big deal. I was very impressed by the Watch Dogs demo for PS4, it was pretty close to looking lifelike The photo realistic levels were quite stunning. http://www.ign.com/videos/2013/02/20/watch-dogs-ps4-footage

  18. I would be happy with $499 as a launch price. me too This was the big surprise, from what I'm gathering on forums. People who know this tech stuff were speculating 2GB - 4GB, and most people thought 4GB would be a stretch. The fact that it's 8 surprised a lot of people; that's 16x the memory of the PS3. Now the question is, how much is this beast gonna cost? Hopefully not $599 Also, how much is 8GB?(in English please, not all of us speak geek ) I really don't know. What I do know is that it's 16x more powerful than the PS3, and tech geeks are going bananas right now. No one saw this coming. Apparently this is some sort of game-changer, and Microsoft is screwed. Here's a tech-geek reaction thread: http://www.neogaf.com/forum/showthread.php?t=514465 I'd have to find the link, but it appears that the consensus is that the PS4 is 50 times more powerful than the next Xbox offering, in terms of computing power. Microsoft still has it's much better Live, online component, with millions of gold subscribers. That will continue to help it, going into the new gen, system war. Personally, I'll have them both at some point, so I don't put much into the fanboy ism that is so prevalent in the gaming world. Genesis vs SNES
  19. I'd say $599, in line with the top model PS3, when it was released. blu-ray is standard now for the big two, next gen consoles. Xbox will use it as well, since DVD's are inadequate for the games being produced, unless you like 5 discs Sony has finally started making profits, after their TV's took hits in sales and the PS3 sucking up revenue. It would be in their best interest to have a 450-499 sell price, but there's a ton of money to be loss on the initial product run, till the components become cheaper to manufacture. With everything I've seen, and the fact that the system is suppose to be more developer friendly, I think they'll do fine out the gate
  20. I liked the fact that Rick went at Negan. Definitely showed Negan he wasn't afraid to fight, regardless of the situation. While it does come off as a bit lazy to drop F bombs every other word, it's fitting of Negan's character. It's not unexpected now a days, to run into people who actually speak this way. Definitely looking forward to where this story is going in the next few issues
  21. The $10,100 and $9,800 sales were in November when there were 7 x 9.9's, so not sure why 1 more copy will make any difference ? There are a lot more than 8 people looking for this book in highest grade. The two previous sales established the benchmark at $10k (when it was previously at $7k) so i could see this copy going to the next level and bringing in $12k+. Actually, at the time of the two big sales there were 10 9.9's, including SS copies, on the census Now there are 11 copies in 9.9, 8 of which are blue labels. Regardless of whether or not someone thinks 11 copies is alot for 9.9's, it doesn't change that fact that there's still a lot more collectors of WD, than copies available. Obviously, there's a couple people with too much money as well If I'm not mistaken, I believe Tony Moore owns two of the #1 9.9's SS.
