  1. That's what I'll put in my actual The Walking Dead sales I'm waiting for a whole raw run to be listed individually with "CGC it" in the title. I enjoy flipping through 4-5 pages of raw books, when I'm looking through slabs
  2. At least you're not one of the people just throwing walking dead in their title for hits even though they clearly are not offering anything WD
  3. I like the fact that they state, "no condition issues." There's clearly, quite a few tick marks, front and back
  4. It was 5000. Sellers were putting 500 to trick new collectors into over bidding, by falsely creating a sense of rarity.
  5. +1 I don't mind the occassional variant, but this is going to be ridiculous. Personally, with them going with the numerous artist covers, Rathburn should have been given his own cover. Had things not soured, Tony Moore could have been the retailer incentive cover, instead of the typical black and white cover.
  6. So true. I remember it on Splash page about 3-4 months ago. I wish Adlard didn't use bluelines for part of the background on this one. I agree. Don't like the blues at all on this one. thanks for all the kind words It is still a published WD cover Plus I had to make some room for three huge additions to my WD OA collection (thumbs u I was looking forward to seeing that framed with the 9.9 copy
  7. He got the WD 93 9.9... Which means he doesn't get the 95 9.9s... Unless the next couple of guys pass on one. I hope they pass
  8. I love that movie. Never go full person_having_a_hard_time_understanding_my_point. You m-m-m-m-make me happy!
  9. Issue 123 (thumbs u I think that's the first appearance of Ronald McDonald. It's part of Kirkman's new marketing deal. Expect Happy Meal toys soon
  10. Yes it is wow. i've owned 4 copies. never had a problem. Never had a problem getting 9.8's? Ok, that's what you guys meant. I thought people were only finding Vf copies. 9.8 or bust that's going to be my new bumper sticker
  11. Looks like it sold for $7K. To sell or not to sell, that Is THE question
  12. i think they're considered reprints as their barcode number scheme ends with a 1...if they were 2nd printing i would think they would have dropped the Weekly all together and just added a 2 at the end of the barcode. i haven't seen anyone selling them as 2nd printings. (thumbs u They are reprints of the original run. I've never opened one to see the inside, but my guess would be that the only differences would be ads and the "Weekly" added to the cover. Issue one also has the Image Firsts reprint, which preceeded the Weekly series, although they are three different print dates on the Image Firsts #1. For the really hot, key issues of 19 and 27, the Weekly would be the only reprint available
  13. Alright, who has the 9.9 #94 convention edition It's not the black and white, but impressive non the less
  14. All pencils. I have an affinity towards black and white abstract art This piece is around 24 by 36. There was a huge black mess on my desk after drawing this one
  15. This one I did with coloring pencils. Everyone thought I was on drugs for a while
  16. Here's one I did with a vial of india ink and a quill pen. Basically, this style of art is refered to as stippling. You basically make a whole bunch of dots, no lines or coloring
  17. Now if Charlie Collier would get his head out of his azz and secure a larger budget for season three, they'll continue to secure millions of viewers
