  2. Now where have I seen one of those before? Quick question to both you guys.... does either of those contain stickers?
  3. One of my favorite factors in Italian books is the inclusion of stickers! So fun when you got em' Actually Cluadio, im curious? What percentage of Italian books survived with posters and stickers still attached? In your opinion?
  4. I have been having the same problem with CGC for awhile. Would you guys be interested in helping me compile a list for CGC to reference? CGC's quality control im afraid when it comes to foreigns is cr_ap lately! Such an amazing book and all they had to do was look at the indicia and see La Prensa publishing? Also it doesn't say "Mexican edition"? WTF guys..... honestly if I was Hector I might consider this needing to be re-holdered? Highly important info is completely missing? Also this probably jacks up the census because I know I have seen a La Prensa FF1 properly identified. GCG needs a foreign expert sooner rather than later..... this books handling is shameful. Liam, I like the idea of providing CGC with some lists or database info but there should be something in it for you son, dont do this for free!
  5. I think they are the english version publish by Heritage. The guide described them as rare and price them at 40$ in VF/NM [/quote Really cool Stephane! I guess I didnt realize FH did stuff in English?

From what I know..... there are only 2 known copies of this book us foreign niche guys have ever heard about..... this one which was bought off Filipino Ebay a while ago... and another copy we know exists in the Philippines that hasn't been offered for sale. Thats it, no mas.... how rare are NB and Goodwill books? Pretty damn rare!

  11. oh man I would love one of those.... PM me if you think you could find another.....wow so SEXY Here's another one. I'm not really looking to get rid of it but depending on what you might have for trade I might consider it. Id love to find you one Porc! Tims has that cool sig and no dust shadow going for it.... If Tim is willing to trade it be a good thing.... mine was the first I have ever seen for sale anywhere? Early Prensa keys are out there but they def seem more few and far between than the filler issues lately for some reason. At least on EBAY that is...... in all honesty I havent checked mercado in a while though... If I see another I will let you know! (thumbs u

  14. Waitaminnit... #122 is number 2, and #120 is number 3? Do they even have the right comics inside?? The insides correspond to the covers, it's weird that they printed them out of sequence but neither story had any impact on the other so not really a big deal. I love the indian editions..... too freakin cool!
  15. Them damn wifes are always wanted organization! Dont they realize we have methods to our maddness? Anyway I think its pretty organized from what I can see..... very cool room Silent! Hey dude... better check the PM thread Silent.... Tim found somthing you might be interested in dude.....
  16. I might need to find some of mine! This book has been hot for a while...first thanos cover, starlin, etc, etc, What's "for a while" mean? Back in 2007 I was buying up Captain Marvel's #25-33 for $10 to $15 in NM conditions all day long. I actually.. get this.. had a chance to be choosy on which books I was going to keep and which ones I was going to resale I found so many of them at decent affordable prices. So maybe you mean the last three years? No, since the Avengers movie first previewed. And around the same time people were like "Hey, let's buy Iron Man 55, first Thanos! You guys know when the first cover appearance is?", etc, etc, IM 55 is one of my favorite comics, I was buying them at reasonable prices. Then Thanos Quest and Infinity Gauntlet hit and the price rose, so the most I paid for an issue then was $100. Which I thought was crazy. I have a few of the Capt Marvel's 25-33. Matter of fact I bought 2 more CM 33's at C2E2. Same as vader, Not to be in the in-crowd before the in-crowd was cool but I actively sought out an IM #55 CGC 9.4 and passed on it because the forum members thought page quality on the IM #55 CGC 9.2 was far superior. And they were right! So I bought that IM #55 CGC 9.2 for $195 and chased after all the CM #25-34 for set reasons. (thumbs u Ah to be cool before the cool kids. I seem to remember you talking about this over at Lyria.... In fact it was over at your site WHett that I first learned about the Thanos rumors and the importance of jumping on the IM55 bandwagon early! Best advice I ever got! (thumbs u Picked up my fine for like 45 bucks.....
  17. Shonen is the very same title where, in 1951, Astro Boy debuted. There are many books with the word "Shonen" in title, as in Japanese it means "Boy", so it’s a commonly used word, but from what you say it should be a monhtly installment of the renowned magazine where Astro saw his birth. And of course they are thick, they have always been big antologic books. From what I recall the Japanese produced Spider-Man stories had not a long life, and I am not even sure they were meant as a part of Marvel continuity. So very interesting...... Id love to see a translated set of panels..... Pretty damn neat! (thumbs u
  18. Well...that's incredibly awesome! Uh, yea! Incredibly awesome! The Filipino books are some of the rarest foreigns out there! Good grab Tim!!!!
  19. Very nice Tony, cant wait to see this set with that rare Dutch one as the cherry on top!
