It says, "All CGC employees are prohibited from commercially buying and selling comic books to ensure they remain completely impartial, having no vested interest other than a dedication to serving clients through accurate and consistent grading." So i guess pretty much it just says you cant be a vendor, store owner, etc. I guess they don't want their own employees submitting books to grade themselves and grade it a grade or two higher just to make more money. I couldnt imagine a grading company being that dishonest and grading their own books higher for monetary gain. Oh wait...
