  1. Great books, Steve. I hope you decide to keep them. I know you had been working on the run for awhile.
  2. Killer book. Do you really have 2 copies?
  3. That's a great looking book, MC. Great colors and sharp corners too.
  4. From the department of useless information: It seems like a number copies of the tougher PF books have appeared in the census in the last year or so. (I think that's mostly thanks to the Suscha News collection and Dale's awesome Bronze Age Western find.) But it's kind of surprising to me that so many of these books are still so scarce in the census. There are 22 Picture Frames books no 9.4 or better copies in the census. And there are 34 books with only a single 9.4 (or better). For your personal enjoyment or boredom, the books are listed below. 5. Those are both very tough books to find in decent shape. Joey must have been very convincing.
  6. It's nice to see that your time machine is still fully operational, Greg. Killer books.
  7. That's a great interview, Mitch! It's very interesting that Stan wasn't that big a Kane fan. Thank goodness Stan passed the reins to Roy Thomas and we got all those fantastic covers.
  8. That's a killer 8.5. Doesn't look all that different than a 9.0 from here.
  9. It's such a great cover and awesome piece to own, Andy. It's cool to see all the detail in Kane's pencils.
  10. Yes. I've done both with a pretty good success rate. The majority of my slabs are old label so I have plenty of candidates. But I'm pretty happy with most of my books, I'm not planning on selling any time soon, and the costs can add up pretty quickly. So I've mostly just tested the water.
  11. I like the #3. It's not perfect structurally, but it's very fresh and clean. You're right about the #6 and #20. They are sharp. The #10 is the Northland. It is nice but it's not as sharp as the White Mountain #10 which I used to own but traded it for this copy, some other books, and a utility infielder. The #13 is very respectable too.
