It is a boardie. He won an auction a while back and never paid or sent any communication. He was still selling on ebay at the time so its not like he didnt have the funds in PayPal. When i opened a case after 7 days, he finally sent a message. I didnt respond and closed the case so he got a npb strike.

Selling on ebay and having 340 feedback since 02 is still new on ebay to me. Just my terrible opinion. Only a new ebay seller ships an item without tracking. Doesnt have to be shipped through eBay, but no tracking is newbie. A complete newbie. Feedback means alot. At least to me. Cant understand why some people on the boards include their ebay feedback in their selling threads when its in the triple digits. I try to stay away from them. Again, just a terrible opinion of mine. Probably lost a lot of deals because of this. I'm still in the triple digits. Nothing to be ashamed of. I wouldnt buy from you but there are tons of board members that have and will. Again, my way of thinking is terrible and i wonder how i get along these days.

I'll take the 1000:1 on Darkhawk. I'm sure Mantis will appear, but it won't be any type of big deal type reveal. Marvel has so many characters they can work with that it could be anybody. Has Whedon worked on either character? I don't believe so. Because of the large stable of characters Marvel has to work with and the way it made Guardians of the Galaxy into a massive success, I would not be surprised by anything or anybody Marvel or Whedon reveal. Would I lose my mind in excitement over certain characters? Sure. But, would I be surprised the character was introduced? No. I've heard the same rumour a few times and knowing Whedon is involved makes me think it's true. I suspect it's a Whedon written character(s) BUFFY!?!!?

I would have probably had to pay a buttload for all the garbage books he had just to get that one book. 1cool was there with me. Told him about it. Really dissapointed i didnt get it. Was it graded? Did you make him an offer on just the one book? Made an offer on the 1 book. Wasnt graded. It wasnt a collector. Someone who found 100 or so comics and thought they had hit the jackpot.

Second update: I disputed the PayPal claim and PayPal made the following ruling. So it looks like they may have ruled in my favor. But heads up in case "storestockpsycho" or Jesyca Vilensky contacts you for a package deal on books you are selling on eBay or any other site. Think they actually ruled in her favor. She can send back anything she wants. As long as she uploads a tracking number, she will get a refund. Might get a newspaper back... Possibly. However, they wont check out the documentation. Had the same discussion with paypal many times about this issue. If she does send some garbage back, and you video tape it at the post office in front of a post office employee then somehow show the video to a paypal employee. The initial response will be a refund to the buyer because tracking shows delivered and a sympathetic paypal employee will say their hands are tied. You would then escalate it to a case and mention police reports of fraud and they close the case with giving you a refund but the buyer keeps the refund as well.

Did another big deal with dave. I want to say negative things about him to keep other people from buying his stuff so that only i can buy it, but i cant. Hes a great guy and his packaging is superb. Wonderful deals ahead brother. Ps. All of his books are reprints.
