Good morning, Thanks for your message. Yes, the price includes the signing, grading and encapsulation of your book. If you wanted to include pressing services that would be an additional $20. While you can't request a specific color of ink, all the artists will sign using what they feel is best for the book. Obviously, if your book has a dark background and black ink is not going to show up then the artist will use a different color so the signature is visible. Hi, so I have heard back from our accounting department but they are not showing a check has been processed on your account. They are only showing a credit card charge. Hi, thanks for your message. A book can only retain the Signature Series label if the slab is cracked out by an authorized CGC representative at the CGC booth and from there the book remains with a CGC representative who would witness the 2nd signature and bring the book back to our booth. If the book leaves CGC's custody at any time before it can be regraded and slabbed then it will be disqualified for the signature series label. That is the only way that we can be 100% sure that signature is authentic and the book has not been tampered with in any way. Unfortunately, there is no way around this policy. Hi, I think I might have just replied to you in a different thread on this same issue. Yes, you can certainly send multiple orders for different signings in one box. You just want to notate on the outside of the box something like, "multiple signings" or "CGC private signings" just so we know that they are in there and can get them opened right away. You do need to complete a separate order form and submit a separate packing slip for each signing, however. But you can include all of those in the box. Good afternoon, You can find a listing of all the current and past labels on our website here: https://www.cgccomics.com/news/article/7873/ Unfortunately, we could not tell you how many books have used special labels as that is not something we would have record of. CGC is a grading company only so we could not advise you on the value of your book. You might check with a comic dealer to appraise your book or you could check online to see what similar books are selling for to get an idea of value. Thanks!

Hello, yes, you can ship it back however you wish. You just want to make sure if you are sending the book back in the holder that you use some sort of packing material to protect it during transit. Thanks!

Hello, since our first in house signing with Todd McFarlane was very popular and successful, we have always planned on doing additional signings. At the moment, those listed on the schedule are all of the signings we have set up at present. Certainly, we hope to do many more in the future but we don't have any specifics on any future signings beyond those we currently have on the schedule. Thank you!

Thanks for the info! I checked both invoices and invoice 2111222 looks like is still within the normal turnaround time for the Standard tier. That is running about 20 business days so it should be finishing up in about a week or so. Hello, If the book is currently in a CGC signature series labeled holder you would need to leave it in the holder and we will crack it here. If it is a blue label then you can either crack it or leave it in the holder. There is a $5 charge per book to crack them out. Thanks!

Good morning. The only way to receive a signature series label is for the signature to be witnessed by an authorized CGC witness or for the artist to send the book to us directly along with a creator agreement. We do not accept COA's, unfortunately. If your book was already signed and not witnessed by an approved CGC witness then it could not get a signature series label. Thanks
