  1. Huh? Link? Pics? Found it! Why is the second print more than the first? That's crazy. Is it as rare as #33 second print? edit: Fixed for you.... guava-jam 2ndprint Here is the one that sold. Why so much? Ihave only seen a few of them. Most were raw. These were mailed out people, and it seems they were mailed eBay style - in an unsupported envelope. But that is just a guess from what sellers say in their listings.
  2. Guava-jam had a Portland 2nd print 9.8 on eBay for 350 OBO. I think it popped up yesterday and it is already gone. That one is going to be a beast to get, I think/
  3. I am deadly serious. He would be amazing. He wouldn't be my first pick, but I wouldn't be against him either. If I could pick the actor based on facial hair... And of course...
  4. kinda quick for a spinoff -- hope its not just the same with new people --- wonder how they are going to do it....years in the future...nah....when it first spread? maybe.. Not sure about the actors, but it says parallel world. It says parallel show, not world
  5. If it is a 9.8 candidate, then slab it. You would probably be the only one with a universal grade. Thanks guys for the input........I was going to leave it blank and maybe cgc it. Thought if I posted it here I might get a better ideal if some more were floating around. So far so good as there not being many around( 1st. one I have ever seen). That would be different to have a blue being more rare than a SS. wonder if the points that cgc gives registries would reflect that? I could be wrong, but I think in this thread someone mentioned that they could get a hold of a blank HI cover. So maybe there is another one out there?
  6. I thought you might sell your HI since you sold/are selling the rest of your WDs. Full cast signing on #1? that would be pretty BA, cant say I've seen it before! Get a Moore AND Adlrard AND Kirkman sketch on it,too
  7. Thanks for sharing! It says it will follow a different group of people, but taking place concurrently to the main show.
  8. I don't post often here, but I was very happy with the grades these received. Bought these about a year ago for my personal collection.
  9. I think, at worse, maybe one or two will show up, but not a boat load.
  10. I bought two slabs and received them the next day!!! They were awesome and exactly as described. Thanks!

  12. I was shopping around for 2 recently. A raw 9.8 candidate runs 200-300. I raw 27 9.8 candidate will run 100-150, but I haven't shopped for that one recently. The price difference between a 9.8 raw candidate and an actual 9.8 #2 is crazy. A graded 9.8 goes for $900 - $1k easy. Raw is definitely the way to go.
  13. There was at time when both of Kirkman's books (Invincible - which came out Jan 2003 but is behind WD, and WD) were plagued with lateness issues.
  14. In comparison to a page I like, I can understand other's complaints about the drop in quality of Charlie's art. There is a lot of fine line work and detail on this page, whereas now he uses much more broader strokes.
  15. Jeez, the red foils are expensive enough already! That will be a crazy book when it is done. Are you going to have Charlie do a head sketch on it, too?
  16. Man, the cover for 114 did not disappoint the action that happens on the inside!
  17. Oh nice! I like that. Thanks for sharing! Hopefully Dre goes to NYCC.
