Both release the same day. Markets will decide if that HR #1 variant counts. My personal guess is no since it's concept art and not story art, but . Call me crazy, but I think we're getting out of the "untouchable" category of comics. Admittedly a 9.4 is nice, and I don't have all of the sales data, but a 7.0 sold a couple months ago for $5k. And a 9.0 for $24k in Feb 2019.

AFAIK there are two ratio variants: Purple cover with two figures on it (1:10) Brownish cover with one fighter and a green lightsaber (1:25) The 1:25 would be worth it for $17; 1:10 is selling for around $20 right now.

You sure the ratio variants are cover? Although even the regular variants are worth getting at cover. Pick up a few for me.
