  1. Just watched. Ugh. Was it written by a 12 year old? Would have been a great cartoon. 40 years ago.
  2. Picked this up in a collection several years ago. I think it has the perfect "patina!" You can almost see it as a 1950's movie poster.
  3. Saw it Tuesday. Overall, liked it. Felt like Indiana Jones. My critiques, too long, and god daughter part was written horribly. Totally unlikeable, and didn't really get any better.
  4. Saw it Monday. Liked it. Visually stunning, felt a little long though. Liked the first one better.
  5. Where's the CT on the GSX1? Black line on spine?
  6. You MIGHT want to add a little more info to this thread.
  7. Just picked up today. Dave Cockrum signed first page.
  8. Big sale for a 9.0! https://comics.ha.com/itm/bronze-age-1970-1979-/superhero/batman-227-dc-1970-cgc-vf-nm-90-white-pages/a/122323-11802.s?type=cgcforum-weeklycomics-060423
  9. Yeah, they definitely didn't press it. Contact them, they should make it right
  10. People forget that a lot of people touched up their books back in the day because they wanted them to look nice. For themselves. Nothing nefarious about it. That said, I've never done it. I've always been an original condition guy.
  11. They're pretty nice. Did my own for a TMNT #1 3rd print signed and sketched by Eastman and Laird, since at the time, there was no way to get a magazine sized book graded and authenticated.
  12. As by dear, sweet, departed pappy used to say, " Everybody is just a punch in the nose away from manners." Love that man.
