    In my opinion, those C X-Men Art Adams covers were the Frazetta Famous Funnies of our time. So rich in details and so dynamic. I loved all of his art in the 80s, but those covers were his best work to date for me

    While money is a huge part of the biz popularity is another. The two usually connect but sometimes even a good check won't work for an actor. Look at Tom Hardy @ suicide squad. He turned down the gig just bcs he wasn't feeling his role in the movie was relevant enough. I'm sure the pay was good but he rejected it

    In all honesty, and I am not trying to take sides on the Stan v Jack battle, his 50m estimated worth is really not a lot of money compared to his popularity+body of work. just to compare. mcfarlane is worth 300 million
