Since you are the acknowledged expert when it comes to the Fox books, would the early Fox books from 1939 & early 1940 be easier to find than these later Fox books from 1941 to '42? In my opinion yes.....Books like Weird 20 also..... But see the Church list where some middle Fantastics do not exist....(as to being an "expert", I think not, just a guy who has spent alot of time putting the runs together). jb ( okay maybe I have learned a thing or two.......) Late 41' early 42' Sweet Eagles BTW and no need for modesty my friend you are the Expert!!

Added another toughie thanks to a boardie over at the VCC. Neat little Samson Flag cover appropriate for the 4th of July Weekend!! Missing 2 wraps but as I told a very wise man recently I will take it as a placeholder until I can upgrade someday...If I can ever locate one!!

I agree completely!! They were able to pull him off in the Flash and did a fantastic job IMO...you would think with the big film budget not TV money they could get this done. Maybe they are just holding out for SS2!! From what I've seen though Croc doesn't impress me he looks an aweful lot like the Lizard from ASM and the Abomination from the Hulk and I was sadly disappointed with both of those characters overall appearance. Keeping the fingers crossed for a King Shark app at some point would love to watch him gobble up some of their adversaries on the big screen

Just finished JBs 3 segments and they were SWEEET!! Tons of great Larson info. Vinny asked him what would he tell a new GA collector to go after and he said MLJs and early Fox's. I guess the cat is out of the bag on those!! Man I wish I would have been where I am at in my comic interests 12 yrs ago when this interview was done!! unfortunately I was still in college and didn't have a dime to my name so it probably wouldn't have mattered either way haha!! He also throws out to look up Our Flag 5!!! I got chills when I heard him say that

Well I was only able to use the link on my desktop. Im not the most tech savvy guy in the world but I went onto my iTunes account and went to podcasts and typed in comic zone radio and found a TREASURE TROVE of interviews!!! Finished up the Jay interviews and moving onto Bedrock tonight. All this done from my phone so yes you are able to do it. There are like well over 200 of them!!! I don't know on phones other than iPhones but I am sure it is something that can be accomplished. Hope this helps.

Just finding these thanks for putting them out there...Already through the first 3...Gonna listen to the final chapter with the headphones once I get the children to bed. ? I really dig this kind of stuff for some reason and Vinny does a great job steering these interview. I actually didn't realize he did interviews. I've seen him been interviewed several times but never on the other end he's actually quite good. Even though I wasn't born until 83' I find the history whether it be artists, writers, publishers, dealers etc. simply fascinating

18 is my favorite Phantom Lady as well. I like the design/ layout of the cover, aesthetically the best in my opinion. I had a very nice copy of 18 that I recently sold. I know it went to a great home, but I miss it terribly: As to the comparison, I prefer the 17. Her facial expression, the body pose, it exudes sexuality. Great book Karl!!!! She's a beaut!!!

I love this cover and think it's great stuff, etc., but I have to say that the "sex appeal" factor is diminished significantly by that yellow hand! Maybe for you! Cat shoots..........................AND SCORES!!!!!!!! The crowd goes wild

I prefer 18 over both as well. In fact I prefer #13 over the other 2 as well. While not as, "sexy" As the others I still find it more intriguing
