A couple GGA "weird machine" covers. I love both these books! What the heck are these machines? Anybody got any more?

 

 

The first machine was a popular hair curler...and the 2nd was a clothes dryer. There was a brief period when atomic clothes dryers were all the rage...but too many people got radiation sickness and they stopped making them. Hope that helps...

You guys would be really smart if you switched to tinypic.com I never have problems with tinypic. I gave up on PB a long time ago...I know that won't help if you already have 100s of books scanned into PB, but for any new scans you should use tinypic.com Did I mention that tinypic.com is better than PB?

Yeah, that downer is scary...

Last year, when I first met Jim and looked at some of his Paul books I wasn't impressed. Most were in low grade. But this year he brought different books...and they were in much better grade...so now I like the Paul books...I wonder what else he has?

Is your copy a Gerber white space, Bob? well, I can join that club too...here's mine...

and don't forget "Paul" books...the new unrecognized pedigree... and someday there might even be a tricolorbrian SA DC GooGoo check pedigree...

I like those Wanteds with the pink covers...There seems to be a few Buscema covers from that era that were pink or purple...

Maybe in the Dennis goes to California giant? I don't recall a scene like that though...

Yeah, Carbo is always right next to me. That dude is wild. He just can't stand still. He spends money like a drunken sailor and seems to sell very little. He always has something cool to sell me. I got a big bag of 1960's Nutty Mad figures and a cool 1940 Superman boxed puzzle that I didn't have. He gave me a real good deal on them too probably 'cause nobody else in there is into toys. He is a real good guy when you get to know him. I think he has finally given up trying to buy my collection. Now, get off here and go pet your snake!
