Yes, if you're aware of Robojo33, you'll stay away from him. But, he bought some CGC slabs off of Robo, and luckily got the books. Since he says that he wasn't aware of Robo's problems, I don't see this as a big deal at all. In terms of full disclosure, I've sold books to comicartfan with no problems.
