  1. So is this technically not a mistake then? Even though everything was named "Amazing" was every third issue still annotated that way on the barcode because this slipped into the slot that Sensational had been distributed in?
  2. They really need someone proofing the copy in the barcode box
  3. To clarify, they came with all of the Collector's Editions of #1 (the polybagged one). There was also a cheaper, non-polybagged standard edition of the first 4 Milestone #1 issues.
  4. The Static Shock Special from 2011 had less than 10K ordered, per Comichron. And it looks like orders for the 2nd print of #1 were between 5K and 6K
  5. Static Shock Rebirth of the Cool 1 - 7716 2 - 6207 3 - 5366 4 - 5100 Milestone Forever 1 - 9792 2 - 7223
  6. Yep. I have three copies like this that I got from MileHigh. The sigs are on the bag. I'm considering opening the bag (straight slit at the top or bottom) and submitting the book for grading if it looks like it's worth it.
  7. I was going through some books to send off to CGC the other day and noticed a couple of curious additions to a few copies of Hardware #1 that I hadn't noticed when I purchased them:
  8. I'd phrase it as Miles Morales is this generation's Static.
  9. You can criticize, but I saw somewhere that these were shipped in casepacks of 125K, and the Diamond order form shows the count per casepack as 1, so we know it's true
  10. I'm going to guess no. None of the Platinum editions I have of Milestone books are in polybags, except for Worlds Collide.
  11. If it's all because of bewbs, you'd think that Fantastic Four 275 would go for more.
  12. Seriously? https://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_odkw=she-hulk&_sop=12&_sadis=15&_dmd=1&LH_Complete=1&LH_Sold=1&_osacat=0&_ipg=100&_stpos=10018&_from=R40&_trksid=m570.l1313&_nkw=she-hulk+40&_sacat=0
  13. He later changed his name to Mom!-Knock-First! Boy
  14. Probably because the first issue of a character's ongoing series tends to be one of the more collectible things after their first appearances.
  15. I'm looking forward to the arguments we'll be having when the Lazarus show is closer to airing.
  16. "You'll miss the treat of a lifetime if you fail to buy a copy." Truth in advertising.
  17. Based on Cena's description of how he was told to play Peacemaker, I can see his first DC appearance getting a bump. That's Crisis #6, which is also the first appearance of some other characters (Anti-Monitor, Captain Atom in DC; perhaps the other Charlton characters in DC?). Maybe the first issue of the DC Peacemaker mini?
