  1. At the very least, split out Original Art from OA/Memorabilia so OA has its own section.
  2. For me it's easy, I can recall the general issue area & stories. But if I look at my comics, they're the ones I bought off the stands and not back issues with a price stamp.
  3. Dang, I wanna see this but images are hosed right now. Is it on CAF?
  4. Perfect. It deserved to happen. I'm glad to be getting the emails now too! Rapidly iterating!
  5. Sounds like a reasonable feature request: Restrict comment count to not include owner.
  6. Yes. A lower tier would invite more people. I think there'd be a really long tail. I'd like to support it, but it's almost a charity and $75 is a bit much for some people. Then $75 more for market data? A total of $150 a year for something I don't use that often
  7. That is a shame. CAF backing out hurts CAF & the dealers more than you.
  8. me five. altho I stopped buying comics in the early 90s. I've read a few trades & all digital lately.
  9. If you post it in the right forum, more people may see it https://www.cgccomics.com/boards/forum/45-original-comic-art-marketplace/
  10. BTW I made my first purchase this week enabled by CAT. A page I admired on CAF ended up on the CL Exchange. I don't think I would have seen it otherwise. The seller ended up living a few blocks from me! Crazy!
  11. fyi that goes to a generic ebay page for me. looks like this one might work? https://www.ebay.com/sch/floridaboys/m.html?_nkw=&_armrs=1&_ipg=&_from=
  12. I usually make a page my desktop background so I see it large quite a bit. If there's something annoying or off I don't buy it.
  13. The IG page went for about double what it did last time. The Lim Galactus pages went for 1500 and 1600. They weren’t right for me. I didn’t bid on anything this time. Sat this one out after my double Alan Davis Heritage wins and the hurricane wrecking my house.
  14. Google PhotoScan lets you scan things with your phone that makes it straight. iOS 11 also has a document scanner in Notes. Worth a try but a scanner is always better.
  15. In software projects, they call this the bus factor. You don’t want one bus (aka freak accident or sudden death) to be able to take out all the leaders of a project (Everyone in one place at one time).
  16. Wow, that was quick! Well you'd already made The Artists Choice more navigable...Now you've made a better site for browsing Comic Link than their own. I also like how it's centered, unlike at Heritage where it can kinda get in the way. What do you think?!
  17. Sorry, I didn't look. You're using the images at their original location for the thumbnails and fullscreen. It's just a bit cumbersome & interrupts the flow. You can see enough at that intermediate size to know if it's worth investigating more or outright discarding. I wish Comic Link had that feature, it saves a lot of time when you're going through a whole auction listing. To not have to open more tabs is better. Fullscreen is just a bit too slow in that it involves too many clicks & navigation.
  18. Could you use the cached images for thumbnails, then their larger images by URL for a "hover" card? Or do they prevent you from referencing the images on their servers remotely?
  19. Jumping off of that, could you make them enlarge when you hover over them, like how Heritage's site does it? It's so useful already!
  20. Somewhat akin to digging through record crates for the gems
