  1. Not to be contrary, but as far as relatively low value I’d expect some of this to be worth more than gold at $239,000. anyone know how much a standard piece of 11x17 Bristol board weighs?
  2. Yes that looks like Jim Starlin. Thanks!
  3. Thanks for fixing the login thing! I only notice the issue on the Favorites page. I have 23 keywords with about 1900 matches. It hangs from the beginning. Eventually Chrome displays a KILL or WAIT dialog. Then you can scroll down, but it's painfully slow. Maybe something with how the images are loaded? At first I thought it was since the net was unreliable from the hurricane, but that's stable now. So I tried another browser & noticed it works normal in Safari. Chrome Version 61.0.3163.100 (Official Build) (64-bit) on MacOS 10.13.0
  4. I also got an error because I put in my email address instead of a username (I forgot what it was) Again, pretty unusable on Chrome 61 for Mac. No problems on Safari.
  5. No idea, but search the HA archives & elsewhere for comps. 6. It would be useful to give different weight to different search terms, some stuff I wanted more was way at the end of the list.
  7. 24 favorites. I don't know if that's a large number. Thanks for the tips. CAT is quite a boon to those obsessed with comic art. I found some neat art I didn't know existed, some sites (like Neal Adams), and also found cool stuff that was available. Pretty amazing! Also as previously noted, some stuff on The Artists Choice that I didn't realize was available - nothing I have to have, but cool to know it's there & easier to find now.
  8. CAT is awesome but the Favorites page seems very unresponsive in Chrome. It keeps asking me to Kill or Wait on the page.
  9. Wasn't the buy it now price listed at 13.5k or 12.5k recently?
  10. No alarm bells going off (no offense to any legit Indian sellers)
  11. Of course. He was an actor playing a creep originally. Then in hindsight he's a creep playing a less creepy part. At the time I think he was in Deadwood (great show!), & it was really offputting.
  12. Awesome page! I'm a big Lim fan http://www.comicartfans.com/gallerydetail.asp?gcat=103642 I'd guess the actual IG page at $1922 would be the height of the value range, since it's not an IG page. So my guess it between $1250-1750. But things can go crazy.
  13. Ok, so if someone will buy Batman #1 by Capullo for 50k, what would Batman #2 go for? 10k? 25k???
  14. Thanks! My general feel of HA was that there's usually a bidding frenzy for stuff I want. I don't follow the weekly auctions as much, but there were 2 Alan Davis pages I really liked & just had to put 1 bid in for the live auction. No fight or fuss. The only downside is 6% state sales tax. I just saw the email, it came in about an hour ago. I just paid.
  15. I won my first two pages at the Heritage weekly auction. I don’t see an invoice or place to pay. Do they email one or does it show up on their site later?
  16. Dumb question, but it’s this cover from 2011? Do we know what the art looks like?
  17. What if there was a way for a third party to guarantee it and give us a COA?
  18. I don’t see how it couldn’t. I have a couple Thanos pages and I’m wondering too. The way the MCU uses villains seems to be one and done.
  19. Can someone post the splash of the eating hall in Valhalla (?) from Thor?
